Ich bin überzeugt Seeger ist das unterschätzteste Weingut Deutschlands. Großer Klasse mit enormem Reifepotential! Doch auch jetzt in jungen Jahren schon ein starker Spätburgunder, mit Noten nach Kirsch und Nussschokolade. Großartiges Mundgefühl!

Schmeckt gut.

完熟したラズベリーやレッドチェリーの 濃密な赤果実味に、 穏やかな甘さと程よいスモーキーさを漂わせる フレンチオーク由来の風味が重なり合う。 ほのかなスパイスとハーブの風味が アクセントとなった、 複雑なアロマを放つ上質なピノノワールです。 凝縮感と深みを備えた口当たりながら アルコールは13%と比較的穏やかで 重過ぎない質感となっている。 伸びやかでフレッシュな酸と 滑らかで緻密なタンニンとの バランスが素晴らしく、 とても長い余韻を楽しむことが出来る一本。 今すぐ開けて十分にに複雑味を楽しめるが、 2027年頃から本領を発揮し始め、 更に12年前後は熟成で発展していく とても長い熟成ポテンシャルも持っている。 飲み頃温度は17~18.5℃。

Medium intense aromas of rose petal, raspberry, red cherry, blackberry, black pepper, gunpowder, vanilla, coffee, leather, wet leaves, tomato tapenade. Weihnachtswein N°1: Spätburgunder aus Nordbaden bzw Leimen/Heidelberg. Handlese, zwischen 18 - 20 Monaten Ausbau im franz. Eichenfass. Bouquet strotz vor Kraft: Schwarzkirsche, Wald- & Erdbeere, Vanille, Süßholz, feine vegetabile Aromen. Elegante Säure, die hervorragend mit der Cremigkeit des Fassausbaus harmoniert. Duft: Lidt tobak, hindbær, jordbær og træ. Lidt støvet. Smag: Flot frugt med jordbær og hindbær. Lidt træ og læder. Flot flot og lang eftersmag.

4.2 Uitstekende Spätburgunder. Mooie neus. soepel, aards, ijzer, zoethout. Complexe wijn, fijne afdronk, top top. Wit is ook uitstekend van dit huis 👌

Elegant und filigran. Braucht viel Luft um sich zu öffnen, auch ein bisschen Wärme.

Sehr schöne Nase mit viel roter Frucht, eingebundener Holzwürze, dezent dunklen Beeren . Am Gaumen saftig, rotfruchtig, würzig, Griff, gutes Tannin. Für noch mehr Punkte fehlt es vllt. etwas an Tiefe/Komplexität aber mir persönlich macht er richtig Spaß

Intense spice with red fruits (straw- and raspberries) as well as earthy and mushroom notes. Intense and complex extract, good acidity, smooth tannins. Respect! (88 P)

Einen Tag später und mit viel Luft wirkt er entspannter und einen Tick eleganter. Er benötigt also viel Luft und Zeit. Nach dieser Belüftung kommen zu den genannten Noten noch dunkle Schokolade und Karamell hinzu. Trotzdem: Er braucht noch fünf Jahre, mindestens.

Kleine Seeger Degu im Hotel. Dieser Rote vereint viele tolle Qualitäten auf sich. Er wirkt harmonisch mit filigranen Aromen von roten Beeren und Kirschen, mit leichten Holznoten und pilzigen Anklängen, dies unaufgeregt, harmonisch und einer dezenten Noblesse - sehr schön.

Lidt slikket i duften. Mørke bær i smagen og en smule tanniner

A wine from Badische Bergstraße. I have not visited this Bereich but Seeger has always been a standout in these comparative Baden tastings. Blackberry cola nose. Ripe black fruit but serious and well structured. There's a note of bacon or smoked meat/toasted barrel but the oak is well integrated. Excellent, ripe, Baden Pinot. ***++

Nice German PN with loads of raspberry flavor. Fruity and pleasant.

A bit disappointed, slightly bitter and too much acidity for me. In the nose very nice aromas of raspberry and strawberry.
