赤みが強いルビー色、透明度は低いものの、濃すぎるということはないです。 チェリー、バニラの香りが強めに漂います。 丸くシルキーなアタック。チェリーの果実味、特に酸味が立ち上がります。程よいタンニン、バニラやオークのニュアンス、アフターにタバコやカカオを感じさせます。 重過ぎることはありませんが、酸味から苦味に変化していく味わいを楽しめました。
