赤身肉料理に。 中程度のルビー色 香りやや強く、発達中のワイン。 ラズベリー、レッドチェリー、ブルーベリー、カシス、ピーマン、リコリス、ヴァニラ、ナツメグ、皮革、生肉の香り。 辛口、高い酸味、やや多いタンニン、Alc14､5%、M＋ボディ。 風味中程度、後味中程度。
