 シルキーで滑らかなタンニンと フレッシュで高い酸、 13%と穏やかなアルコールのバランスが絶妙で、とても心地良い余韻を楽しめる造りとなっている。 現時点(2024年5月)で 飲み頃を迎えているが、
更に8年前後は熟成で発展していく
ポテンシャルがある。
飲み頃温度は18~19.5℃。

とてつもない旨味と凝縮感。赤果実を中心に少しドライな果実味も感じる。新樽100%とは思えないほど、香りと味わいが液体に溶け込んでいて果実味も負けてない。熟成香もあり、複雑な香りと味わい。

Amazing German Pinot noir. Dark red (befitting the name), wide aroma palette ranging from pepper and spices to cherry, earth and sweet berries. All in perfect harmony and highly elegant. Mouthfeel is soft and the aftertaste sweet. Iron ore content of the soil lends it distinction. Perfect wine.

First very closed nose and English licorice on the palette. But decanted and aired it opens up. Then it is a powerhouse wine with the earthy nose and dark fruits of spatburgunder but bull dozing through your mouth (in a good way) where it keeps lingering. Fantastic!!!

Fritz Wassmer tasting #14 Let’s take it up one notch, nog mooier dan de “Sommerhalde Bombach”. Rijker en complexer. Geur: kers, toast, chocolade, caramel, hout, kruidkoek, peper…omg… Smaak: krachtiger nog dan de Bombach, met behoud van de prachtige balans en de indrukwekkende complexiteit. Maar nu wordt de p/q balans op de spits gedreven en besluiten we de Lagenwein tasting hierbij te laten. Zelfkwelling anders… €78,00 @ Weingut

Langbeen 30 backlog - the end. Rijpe kersen, kaneel, tabak, drop, mos, varens (herfst), nat hooi (altijd een meerwaarde)… fantastische en erg complexe geur. Krachtig, gebalanceerd en precies, hoge aciditeit, complexe smaken. Top! Oké, ik heb het een beetje gerokken, maar dit is toch wel eindigen in schoonheid. En dan ben ik nog niet eens tot helft geraakt van wat er te proeven viel. Tot op Langbeen 40! 😉

Grossartiger Burgunder

Grosse Klasse und besser als manch hochdotierter Burgunder. Ein besonders gut gelungener und gereifter Jahrgang.

自分の持っているモダンなムルソーのイメージとピッタリ。新樽100%にも関わらず、新樽も既に果実に馴染んでいる。わたがしのようなほんのり甘い新樽の香り。果実もシトラス系。熟成の香りはまだあまり感じない。これからが楽しみ。

Fritz wassmer proeverij, een rode wijn uit Duitsland, Baden, Spatburgunder Grand cru niveau van de Kaiserstuhl. Een delicate fruitige wijn. Roodfruit, aards, mineraligs, super fijne zuren, mooie tannines en kruidigheid. Super balans. Een zeer elegante lange fruitige afdronk, top Spatburgunder.

Fantastische Sparburgunder uit Baden Kers , body , mineraliteit en kruidigheid mooi fruit en body gaan samen Top wijn

Dark ruby in color, exhibiting an incredible intensity of fruit and floral notes, dominated by pristine black cherry, ripe strawberry, violet, and rose petals, with a hint of oak influence with subtle cocoa and clove notes. The palate is rich and opulent yet structured by vibrant acidity and velvety, ripe fruit tannins. The smooth texture, with salty minerality underneath, showcases its elegance and finesse in the richness.

Spätburgunder macht enorm Spass

Skøn vin - både frisk, frugtig og dyb med noter af skovbund, vanille, eg, tobak, læder, hø og masser af frugt.

Weer een erg mooi spatburgunder van Fritz Wassmer. Ondertussen al veel wijnen van dit huis geprobeerd en dit is een van hun toppers. Uitgesproken pinot noir neus. Feestje op zich. Veel meer ingetogen wijn dan ik van tevoren had verwacht. Combinatie van rood fruit, aards en kruidig. Knalt niet uit het glas. Vind zelf de CCL mooier omdat die krachtiger is maar dat is een persoonlijke voorkeur.

Ripe red cherry, dried rose, warm earth and gentle spice - the nose is open and inviting. The palate is round and well-fleshed, with ripe but present tannins, good acidity and a finish that stays mineral and clean

Grand cru pinot noir uit Baden. Aroma’s van stal, aardbei, kers, framboos, pepertje, vanille. Kan nog wel wat jaren liggen.

Present of my wine merchant. Big and bold PN from an excellent producer in a warm year. Dark chocolate, vanilla fudge, whiffs of ceder and tobacco. Vibrant acidity and tamed tannins. Not ready yet but very very good already. For bold PN lovers a recommended choice.

Red berries, perfume, flowers, spicy oak in the filigree nose. Present acidity, fresh with animating bitter notes and sweet berry notes, med tannins. No bluff, discreet, almost shy on the one side, balanced and sophisticated on the other. Like this one a lot!

Muy buen spatburgunder (o Pinot noir) de Baden. Tiene un color rubí con ribetes algo más claros. En nariz tiene notas a frutos rojos maduros y vegetales caramelizados. En boca tiene sabor a cereza y un ligero toque de pimienta al final. Muy fácil de tomar.

20年Staufen白皮诺，莫名其妙觉得闻起来像油漆味？？？（但是是很好闻不刺激的那种），可能不是油漆，是小时候玩的泡泡胶，（细闻还是有股圆生菜味)，很华丽有点花香有点奶（果然，工艺是全新橡木桶），入口甜美芝麻有点妖艳有点点烧烤料，酸度8.5/10，收口干。

Ein besonderer Spätburgunder. Aber im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu teuer. Leicht rauchige und fruchtige Aromen. Doch eine zu starke Säure.

Ripe red cherry, a hint of strawberry and raspberry, spicy and deep on the nose with a trace of aniseed in the background. Cool and smooth on the palate, with very fine tannins. The fruitiness remains intact and is supported and complemented by a delicate herbal and spicy note. The finish is long and complex.

Vond dit erg leuk. A-typische chardonnay uit Oostenrijk. Echt meer richting Burg met dat smokey nootjes achtig. Flink wat vet, droppige afdronk.
