Auf Mallorca probiert, direkt verliebt. Sehr viel Holz und Leder. Manche mögen es nicht, ich liebe es. Wird einer meiner neuen Stammweine :) Online bei Lidl für 7,5€ bestellbar, somit auch top PLV.

Autentisk mallorquin

Drank at a restaurant with friends so fullsome notes, but Mallorcan wine was overwhelmingly impressive and this was another lovely example.

Mallorcan blend of: Mantonegro, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Callet and Syrah. 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Deep red color, ripe fruits, herbs, touch of vanilla, soft tannins. Outstanding quality for the price.

Soft cherry, plum and strawberry, with a hint of leather and a warming finish. Moderate but extremely smooth tannins.

Recuperant cosetes del celler del pare, i avui fent un toc a la salut d'en Joan Barril. Als dos els hagués agradat disfrutar d'aquesta ampolla.

On nose chocolate, blackcurrant, and bit floral notes. The Palet starts with acidic notes rounded with blackcurrant, vanilla, and strawberry. All with low tannins, which dominates quite long aftertaste. It is good directly from the bottle but becomes more rounded in time. Like it.

Really smooth, flavours of vanilla, chocolate, blackcurrant & cherry. Really enjoyable by it’s own.

スペイン・マヨルカ島の、土着品種マントネグロ主体、CS、テンプラニーリョとのブレンド赤。 透けるチェリーレッドに、チェリー、プラム、紫の花、杉の木、ロースト香。 香りのイメージよりは軽やかなスタイルであり、チャーミングな酸のある赤系ベリーの果実味とウッディなニュアンスが前面に出ているが、初日は全体のバランスが取れていない印象。 2日目にはバランスが整い樽香のクセが感じられなくなる。甘みと程よい酸、独特のフレーバーは、ビオとの情報は無いがビオワインらしい特徴を思わせるミディアムボディ。 3日目にはまたかなり印象が変わり、香りにチョコレート感と黒系ベリー、海苔の佃煮感のあるジンファンデル様の香りとなり、味わいには軽やかさを保ちながらも丸みとまとまりが出る。 なかなか。

Another great value bottle. Cava this time and we are on the hunt for a regular glugger/everyday bubbled. Close with this one, but just a bit too much fruit for me. Other than that it is quality stuff and at €11 a go it is a bargain.

Bueno, es un vino de corte clásico, con su matiz de las uvas autóctonas con madera presente es un Rioja clásico de Mallorca...

Vuelvo a probar esta edición personalizada del crianza de José Luis Ferrer, muy buena evolución, me gusta cuando esté vino está bien maduro, saca una fruta algo compotada y suaviza el tanino de una forma rápida, no necesita excesiva guarda, en general los vinos de Mallorca suelen tener ese comportamiento, con sus excepciones claro, como todo, pero este cumple la norma y además, me encanta cuando se marchita algo y su ribete se torna teja... Un clásico de la DO Binissalem.

This red wine is from Majorca, Spain. For a Spanish wine, it had a refreshing acidity. It is a middle-bodied, easy-drinking wine. スペインはマヨルカ島の赤ワイン。スペインワインにしては、爽やかな酸を感じた。ミドルボディで飲みやすいワインである。

C'est pas mal, frais on retrouve de belles notes de fruits noirs, une touche de cuir, et une petite longueur sur le fruit rouge, mais en se réchauffant on comprends pourquoi les espagnols l'aiment frais, puisqu'un côté astringent et tannique prend le dessus, avec une puissance sur la terre pas dingue... A boire frais, donc.

Hallon, lätt syltig. Drack till en skaldjurs-paella. Gott!

Tør, lidt læder, lidt eg, lidt lunkne mørke frugter, sort kirsebær. Smager af noget man får ondt i hovedet af, smagen dør hurtigt.

In der Nase sehr würzig, mit viel Nelke. Am Gaumen ebenso würzig, pfeffrig, Tannine, mittellanger Abgang.

Equilibrado y correcto. Diría que la cabernet sauvignon está en la botella, aunque no aparece en la etiqueta.
