As the label implies: a more modern interpretation of red wine. I like it a lot, of course only (slightly) chilled. Fruity (berry), fresh and funky.

Wie das Label schon impliziert: etwas modernere Rotwein-Interpretation. Mir gefällts gut, natürlich nur (leicht) gekühlt. Fruchtig (beerig), fresh und funky.

Best spätburgunder I’ve ever had in the fruity/acidic arena

Like the most refreshing trousseau of Pupillin - or silky Chenas gamay - this Spätburgunder from Pfalz is completely genius! Frozen strawberries, gooseberry, white pepper and intense minerality - initially oxidative and a long tail of bitumen and fireworks. Had it at Kräkmiddag with Kajsa & CO

Beaujolais Style Pinot (Mazeration Carbonique). Mir taugt es mega. Unbedingt gekühlt trinken. Geiler Schwebstoff.

Toller Sommerwein. Unbedingt gut gekühlt trinken. Sehr leicht. Brombeere, Würze, leichte Vanille

Warszawa Feb2025. Хорошо, ярко и активно. Хорошая средняя плюс кислотность, уходящая в газацию, не самые спелые красные ягоды, немного земли, куст смородины.

Pinot noir vinifié en grappes entières sans sulfite. Des notes végétales de cerfeuil, poivre blanc et des petits fruits croquants. La bouche manque un peu de maturité et fruit

Himbeer-samtig, Kirsche satt. Leicht, süffig. Betonte Säure. Im Sommer gekühlt denkbar.

Til søtpotet med spicy kikerter. Uklar syltetøy juice uten tannin. Servitør sammenligner med rødkål. Fermentert syrlig absolutt. For folk som ikke liker rødvin.

Natural / Minimal Intervention German Spätburgunder with a cool vinyl inspired label. Found in cool bar in Kushiro. Even cooler! Except, glass is quite minimalistic too 🤣🤷🏼‍♂️ Dry. Unpolished Savoury. Dried cherries. Lighter style. M- tannins but acidity quite vibrant. Very short finish.

Fin pinot noire duft. Meget let i munden, nærmest perlende med afslutende syrligehed

Lækker frugtig. Første gang jeg prøver tysk rødvin og positiv overrasket.

Saure und lustige Nase. Gefrorene Himbeere.  Leichter, gekühlter Spätburgunder à la Beaujolais Noveau. Trocken. Unfiltriert und ohne zugesetzten Schwefel. Bestimmt gesund.

Erste Natur Spätburgunder. Rote Beeren, fruchtig und angenehme säure. Leicht gekühlt gut trinkbar

Léger un peu perlant. A boire sans manger.

Wee bit funky, relatively smooth. Great label. Can still satisfy those who don’t like volatile vino. That said, everyone still recognized funkiness. So don’t feed to the prude. Trodde vi skulle få en spätburgunder som het Super Lecka. Men fikk denne. Opak rød, veldig naturvin. Syre og funk. Til søtpotetretten. Svakeste rett og svakeste vin, men en vellykket parring. På Lago.

Still haven't gotten that much into reds but this was solid. First red natural experience.

Bought at vinafactum had at dinner with Alice and Zoë.

Anfangs ziemlich diffus in der Nase, erinnert an Himbeerjoghurt. Deutliche Säure. Ganz witzig aber nicht ganz so mein Fall.

Meget rød bær og stor syre. Generelt fint glas. Ville nok være bedre på en varm sommerdag end en kold januar måned

Würzig, Kirsche sobald der Wein etwas Temperatur bekommt leider auch ein leichter Duft nach Lösemittel

Svag doft, svag smak. Okej, men inget att rekommendera.

Ist mir zu sauer, direkt nach dem öffnen ok, aber mit mehr Luft immer anstrengender.

Meget let og syrlig, smager af intet, har fået som gave, vil aldrig købe 🤧
