色はかなり濃くて暗い紫がかったルビー。 香りはカシス、ブラックベリー、バニラが濃くて少しチェリー、胡椒感、チョコ感。 味は濃厚な果実味と甘みがあって柔らかいタンニンと酸味で飲み応えしっかりで美味しい。
