Moko Hills Pinot Noir

Delicious wine, texture and mouthfeel driven with core fruit flavours of lemon and grapefruit, green and yellow peach, there’s a light dried herb quality and youthful honeysuckle and floral spice highlights. Medium+ weighted with some fine fruit tannins and lees textures. Flavours are persistent, a balanced wine with decent length and focus

Nose with cherry, hints of blueberry and oak. A little funk like forest floor. Secondaries of minerals, smoke and sandalwood. Good acidity and separation. Complex spicy end note pepper, cinnamon and hints of vanilla.

Full mouth, elegant yet robust. Black cherry, earth, mushroom and hint of spice on the finish. Just slightly green, perhaps expected due to the young age of vines
