Super vins
Very good wine. Somewhatt tannic when opened, but perfectly smooth and grest taste when the Merlot woke up after 30 minutes in the glass.
Fantastic wine did not pay anywhere near what this app says its worth. 👀 Deep crimsum almost black 👃 Very heady, blackberry and stewed plums, black cherry. 👄 So rich with dark over cooked fruit it's amazingly good. Has nice dry middle with tingle spicey finish. 🦵 Long and sexy very slow to drop down.
Doesnt get much better than this!
Årgang 2005 smagt i 2023; perfekt moden. Merlot’s bløde smag afrundet med Cabernet Franc’s karakter giver en fantastisk afrundet smagsoplevelse. Man fornemmer egetræ, vanille og blomme.
My favourite style of right bank. Nice rounded and silky texture with well integrated tannins. Rich and dense. Great balance of oak, ripe fruits, cherries 🍒 and cassis notes Thanks to @[1|16593350|Luke Cheong]
A wonderful wine. Blackberries, blueberries, and yes, even some graphite as another reviewer noted. Cellared well but ready to drink now.
Saint-Emilion tasting. Will just give my points an score. 93/100 points 4.4 ⭐️ Excelent wine from the great vintage 2005. Fully matured and ready for drink over the next 10 years time.
Great aromas in full balance hits the nose. A little bit of everything thrills your expectations. Palate is also good. Still some freshness and fruit despite its 14 years of age. Dark berries and earthy notes are apparent and dry and mature tannins are to the fore. Goes very dry on the finish. Very good.
Happy new year dear Vivino friends!! 🎉🥂🌟 Deep red color. Complex nose with cassis, spices, mint and hints of coffee beans and dark chocolate. Rich, with depth of flavor and roundness, raspberry, cramberry, pomegranate, baking spices and vanilla, tannins are present but the fruit cover them well. Great balance and a long and complex finish.
Deep ruby red. Full of dark fruity berries and plums. Great balance-tannins vs acidity. Long finish which makes you crave another glass. A 95+ in 3-5yrs? BTW-fascinating winemakers story and approach.
Parker gave it a 94+ back in 2013. It lives up to its promise. Drinking wonderfully now, but still plenty of tannin to go with the black fruit. Plenty of time left in this one. Delicious. Popped over to the winery to buy some of the 2015
Deep black fruit, blackcurrant, blackberry, Earthy, hints of eucalyptus and oak. A touch of spice. Last for quite long. Very intriguing wine, with medium acidity and lively tannins. Would store well for at least 5 years but drinks great now. A very good bootle. 93 points.
Primeur tasting at Rauzan Segla (Ulysse Cazabonne) Full of fruits and flavor, ver excited about this one
10 years old - seems like 2. Looong life ahead and such potential. Dense with fruit and structure. This will be a legend
Wow. Blackberry, red fruit, oak, forest floor. Veldig godt!
graphite black fruit earthy blackberry
Merlot - garagiste - 2nd wine - Bordeaux undiscovered - loved it - too flowery for partner
Stunner.......loved this gorgeous beast.
Full body and strong tannis, very nice wine on a good vintage.
Dry, dark cherry noted, earthy, smooth throughout
Lindo (4.3).
+. Still pretty young but full of potentials. Saturated, focused, seductive notes of Merlot-dominated black raspberry, bing cherry, cassis, mulberry, red plum w/sexy daisy and purple potpourri, gradually led to peanut shell, graphite, cigar box, eucalyptus, menthol and hint of bell pepper -y pyrazine from CF. F bodied on palate, bold, concentrated w/o being overly plush.Filled yet smooth mid plate filled w/ blackberry, plum, then beautiful 3D tannic skeleton w/integrated oak& minerals. Slight overhe
Dark berries, tobacco, some minor oak but present tannins. Need to open for longer or wait a bit but delicious with pasta
Soft tannines, dark red, dry full bodied perfect wine earthy black fruit plum earthy
Enorm forskjell. Mørke bær, tørrhet men modne taniner earthy black fruit
🇫🇷 Château La Fleur Morange, Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé 2016 (8 years). Back to my "happy place." A special Saint-Émilion featuring some of the oldest vines in the appellation (over 100 years), & producing 5,000 bottles a year. It is recognizably concentrated on the nose and palate. Prominent notes of graphite underlies the rich & opulent fruit: dark cherries, blackberries, some floral notes: rose; a whisper of mint. The texture is velvety, perhaps some prunes on the exhale. Un vin de bout
This 20 year old Saint Emillion still drinls very well. Orange tint to the edges. Graphite, baked red pepper and blackberry nose. Very lively body. Crisp acidity, fruit sweetness and powerful tannins. Great concentration, but lacks a bit of balance and elegance. Still a very enjoyable wine, that's developed very nicely. 92p Edit: still drinks well after three days in the fridge. Probably would age well for years to come!
earthy blackberry oak leather coffee
Hello Rare Bordeaux Sunday ; right bank style. 🏥 busy so Late evening 🥩; ♑️o ♑️ephews this Sunday meant I could open the Bordeaux vault 😂. An Ⓜ️ post-game. This producer Ⓜ️orphed into Grand Cru Class in 2012. So inuagral vintage here. 70% Ⓜ️erlot, 30% CF. I like this. Must be the milk chocolate mix Or the fruit cake 🍰 filling Or the plum and subtle raisin/ fig feeling. Or the nicely balanced tannins and acidity Or the smooth Ⓜ️omentum. Hour decant. Ⓜ️otoring. Perfect with 🥩
Dark red.Vibrant Nose of red fruit. Lead and coffe. Tight. Still perceived as young. Soft fruit, leather and tobacco. Red apple. Will last.
Deep purple, full bodied, Merlot-based (70%) with some (30%) Cabernet Franc, right bank Saint-Emilion Bordeaux. Pencil shavings, cedar, and earthy notes dominate the nose. Despite the high alcohol, it’s so smooth and balanced that one can hardly notice. One can smell the alcohol but not taste it. Black fruit and smooth acidity and tannins make the mouthfeel pleasantly silky and lively at the same time. Fantastic example of how a Bordeaux wine differs from a California style wine.
Decanted 3 hours (Dec 2024). Nose tobacco earthy graphite. Palate earthy blackberry leather tobacco black fruit plum. Finishes with leather
Complex, full body, great spiciness, high acidity and tannins. Big potential
At 10 years old it is still young and very grippy. 91 points. At the James suckling wines of the world event. So many wines so little time, so this time limited review. Sorry.
Medium body with medium tannin and a medium to medium + acidity. Notes of cassis, bruised plum, old leather, cow stable and cigar box. Still rather youthful and tight tannin structure, the aroma profile has started to show a good amount of maturity, with a slightly animalistic touch, combined with still lots of black fruit. It depends on one's temperament regarding the aroma profile, but I would drink it over the next 5 years.
Quite good. Very good for the price.
Black cherry, blueberry with black plum. The tanins are velvety , with some earthy notes and shaved pencil. Medium to full bodied with medium acidity. Long finish

Château La Fleur Morange Saint-Émilion Grand Cru (Grand Cru Classé) James Suckling Miami 2024
Dark and alluring, showing a solid graphite underpinning and riveting charcoal and tar notes lending definition to the core of crushed plum, blackberry and boysenberry fruit. The long, smoldering finish has lots of grip, but it's integrated and should really handle cellaring well.
Sweetness dark red with strong nose... String aroma in your mouth for long lasting taste.... Good marriage with steak. love it
Strong violet and leather note. Long but mellow aftertaste. Very sharp and dry when opened, bottle breathed for an hour and much smoother. Slightly lighter than my preference. @
3.8 Still very "woody". Except for new wood, you don't smell very much. Better on the palate: juicy and with a precise acidity and better (not good) built-in tannins. But quite a drinkable and affordable Saint-Emilion. 3.8
full bodied, rich elegant wine - fruit forward - blackberries, cassis, forest trees on the nose , aromatic from the start, lingering on the palate - dry finish. Requires an hour decanter to truly bring out its character. Enjoyable!
. Dense purple in color, it possesses intense blueberry and dark raspberry jam notes intermixed with camphor, crushed rock, and spring flowers. Full-bodied, unctuously textured, long and stunningly pure, this wine should drink well for at least 10-15 years. 🍇 thanks RB
Fantastic wine. Needs opening, but once settled it’s startling. Lovely balance and complexity , delightful
Surprisingly harsh tannins for a 12-year old wine (2012 vintage). Lean, earthy and muscular otherwise
Lovely deep blackcurrant fruits and dry finish
Day 4 in France, wth Julian at restaurant Bistrot Maritime on the river edge in Libourne.
A very good wine with nice characters of berries, soft and ripe tannins, and somehow a note of 'wilderness' uncommon in most right bank bordeaux
Great wine. Love the St Emilion wines and this one is good.
Smooth cherry and vanilla
From magnum. Tasted blind it wasn't like it's from such a hot vintage. Dark fruits-dominant, full-bodied, silky, well balanced, very long finish
Little bit less than 2011 vintage
Nice balanced Merlot nothing jumped out
89 pts much lighter then the 2018 but well balanced
Blackberry Oak and a touch of earthy leather. Very nice has plenty time for ageing
Breath for Two hours. Leather, smoked, pepper. Red fruits. Complicated. Mild tannins, balanced.
2-3 hours decant, mineral herbs leather cigar black fruits m~d body smooth tannin
Great saint emilion, smooth tannins
350 case production of 70% Merlot & 30% Cab Franc from great year 🍷 Deep ruby red with brown edge 👃 Burnt, almost oxidised, oak, soggy earthy leaves, minerals, cocoa, blackberry, damson & plum 👄 Dark stewed blackberry, plum with slight tart cherry & fig hint in a medium body 🎯 Medium+ tart dark berry & plum fruit dry dirty finish This is good now but has a lot more life left to evolve for next 5-10 years as tannins ease. Not worth 96 RP points but still good wine just needs a little mor
The joy of discovery. My first time to drink this St Emilion, 70% Merlot, 30% Cab Franc from 100 yr old vines. Still youthful with ripe concentrated black fruit core, dark chocolate, cherry liqueur and cedar aroma-flavours. Firm acid spine, sweetish chewy tannins. Very good now and I expect to develop more with bottle age.
earthy oak leather. I opened this 2016 saint Emilio’s grand cru clase on Dec 2025. Quite nice and surprisingly robust with its own personality and character. Enjoyable.

Mystere Blind Tasting "First Amongst Equals" 6 of 8 Med+ acid. High tannin. High alcohol. Dark choc. Smokey. Diluted black forest gateau. Leady complexity that, without much ripeness, comes across as damp and bitter. Commanding grip says it's not ready. Fruit profile says it will never be ready. I want to love it but I can't. Grumpy, tough vintage character? Big name Super T from 2014❓
