Very good red wine

De neus aangevoerd met rijpe amarenen kers, donker bosfruit. Ook ontwikkelde tonen van zwarte olijf, kaneel, salie en zoethout. Op het pallet; verfijnde zuren; volle gelaagde wijnen. Fijne structuur met geïntegreerde tannines. De wijn kan zeker nog 15 jaar mee, wat een krachtpatser! Episch!

Once again, an absolutely stunning wine, vintage after vintage. Textured, complex, incredibly balanced, and built for the long haul, with plush tannins wrapping a core of red cherry, mint, cedar, tobacco, tomato leaf, violet, and leather. Exquisite.

Ein Spitzenwein. In der Nase immer noch sehr fruchtig aber schon voll ausgebildete Tertiärnoten. Schön gealterter Sangiovese; vollmundig und mit endlosem Abgang.

Il Cepparello. Storia del Chianti Classico senza mai esser stato un Chianti Classico. Un vino sontuoso. Fine elegante ma pieno ricco e persistente. Fruttato con varie sfaccettature e floreale intenso i terziari sono ben inseriti e non risultano mai superflui. Grandissimo vino anche per il Q/P.

Loved this classic Tuscan. 👃red fruits strawberries cherry earthy. 👅medium acidity and tannins with a medium body red and long finish. Red fruit predominant with some oak cedar tobacco. Very good.

Bright ruby red. On the nose aromas of red fruit and cherries with a touch of spice. The palate opens with ripe fruit and really elegants soft tannins. Persistent finish.

2018. Für mich stimmt der. Rote Frucht, vor allem Kirsche. Insgesamt sehr ausgewogen. Macht Spaß!

Second half day two. Still relatively tannic and primary. Poor hot vintage but that’s not affected this one iota. Classy wine that will last years.

Ruby in color with a little orange on the rim, medium tearing. Aromas of roses, strawberries and orange peel. Some herbs and earthy notes, and some minerals. Flavors of tart cherry and strawberry, with a meaty Smokey finish. Medium plus on the acid, medium plus on the tannins

Kräftiger, kirschroter Sangiovese mit unglaublich viel Beere und Kirsche in der Nase. Mit dem ersten Schluck dann auch eine Wucht im Mund. Schöne Tannine, wie auch presänte Säure.

2020. 100% Sangiovese per uno degli storici supertuscan. Al sorso si preannuncia la qualità della materia: succoso, con una bella nota di frutta rossa chiantigiane, e fresca mineralità. Tuttavia, ancora chiuso in uno scrigno di vaniglia che lo rende monolitico, da aspettare con la giusta pazienza. 92/100.

2025.11.2 2020vintage Raspberry, oaky, smoky, violet, herbal. High fine tannin, high acidity, complex on palate, full bodied. Nice long finish.

イタリア　トスカーナ イゾレ・エ・オレーナ チェッパレッロ2012 サンジョヴェーゼ100% 熟成の香りはあまり感じなかったが、味わいは落ち着いたしっかり感があり、この前に色々飲んでいたが、それでも美味しいと感じられるワインだった。 近所のワインバーにて。ボトルだと12000〜13000円程度。

ミルキーでわずかに炭のニュアンス、プラムトマト、甘草、濃密。味わいも樽ミルキーで果実エキスしっかりでジャミー、プラムイチゴ、やや黒いニュアンス。

2020 vintage even though a super Tuscan that usually is made predominantly with French grape varietals this one is actually 100% Sangiovese. A famous wine too! It has those trademark tannins which are gripping and a decent dosage of acidity. Needs food to go either way it.

Quiet evening, tonnarelli zucchini bacon, pecorino and cherry tomato, and then he ... Cepparello....incredible pure Sangiovese. Layers of dark red fruit, flowers, licorice and mint wrap around the palate. Amazing! BONOVERO

Forgot to leave a score for this wedding wine (no tasting notes taken). Been wanting to try this producer for some time, especially as been drinking more Tuscans of late. Decanted for an hour. Offered medium boldness and acidity, with fruit coming in perfect harmony with oaky and earthy notes. A lot higher on price threshold than would typically pay, and for me didn’t represent the best QPR versus alternatives. However this is still a fantastic wine with great complexity and a lengthy finish

Even in a half glass you can taste the class and the polish. Classy fruit, new oak, violets, bit of tannin and structure, sweet red fruit. Good stuff, but it bores the pants off me
