2023/01/12 天王洲 オーストリアのリースリング 香り 0.8 味わい 0.8 余韻 0.8 コスパ 0.7 感動 0.7 濃いイエロー 冷えている状態だととにかくペトロール香 温度が上がっていくにつれて蜜のあるりんご、ハチミツ、白い花 オーストリアは内陸だからか、石灰やシーブリーズなどのミネラルはそこまで感じず 酸は高めだがシャープというよりはじわりと 粘度高くてもったりした印象でリースリング特有のキレの良さはない そのせいか余韻は長めな印象
