Absolutely beautiful strawberry and raspberry and blueberry sitting over perfectyl-articulated oak with a vanilla undercurrent. Gentle but bold - absolutely wonderful.

I loved this wine. Balanced oak with dark berry flavors and hints of chocolate, tobacco, and a subtle smoke that I love. It lingers on the palate the way it should.

We opened the 2015 last night for our 30th wedding anniversary. It could not have been better. Delicious. 🍷

2020 vintage tasted at the winery. The wine is just outstanding! Plush, luxurious structure. Dark fruit, with a hint of cigar smoke. Incredibly rich mouthfeel. Only 5 years old, but appears to be ready to drink now.

Drinking the 2018 for our 32nd anniversary and boy it does not disappoint! This is my first bottle of the Georges line and have several more in my cellar to enjoy!

This wine continues to evolve. It's just luscious with flavors of plum, red cherry, tobacco and mint. The tannins are so soft and the wine is incredibly rich.

Purpurrött och tätt vin med stort av allt. Doften smäller till av ek, björnbär, vanilj och läder. Smaken är fyllig och koncentrerad med tydliga inslag av svart vinbär. Härliga tanniner som möter en väl balanserad syra. Ett stort vin som åter imponerar.

Delicious! A luxurious bouquet of floral notes on the nose . Decanted for 30 min. Lots of rip black fruits, a bit of strawberry jam, dried leather and a hint toasted oak.

Deep, rich, an old sage of a wine.

Shame didn’t taste the ‘19 but the ‘18 is still a smashing red wine - Rubicon more to my taste though

Notas muy elegantes y en buen equilibrio con taninos y acidez. Sedoso en boca. Encontramos mora, ciruela, frambuesa negra, grosella roja, cuero, un poco de vainilla, y toques muy ligeros a ahumado/ tostada. Asombrosa reserva con buen potencial de guarda.

1年ぶりのジョルジュラトゥール、今回は2019。外縁のみが淡く透ける、濃厚で美しいルビー。軽くスワリングすると、たちまちふわりと優しく包み込むようなバニラ、オークの香り。アタックは柔らかめだが、次第に濃密な余韻が広がる。故あって米沢牛のすき焼きになったが、迎え撃つには十分のポテンシャル。滑らかで飲み易いのがよい…のだが、変化も楽しまなければ。 → 翌日、既にガンガン飲んでしまったので最後の一杯。落ち着きを増し、スパイシーな余韻が広がる。素晴らしい…がもう終わり😅

A classic for a reason. Leaves you wanting nothing more.. delivers all the classic flavors of blackberry, vanilla, cassis, plum, oak. Leather too. Very well structured.

2017 4.5pt A Napa Classic. Bold. Silky smooth tannins. Dark fruit forward but not jammy. Sipping this wine is like calling up an good old friend you haven’t talk to in a while. No matter how much time has lapsed, the moment you start taking you pick up where you left off. I call this wine my comfort drink. Paired it with gobhi gosht and sheermal. 2015 Vintage

Dry. Dense red complex.

Classic California cab. Starts juicy, notes of raspberry, red berries, cherry,. Left to decant for an hour - opens up to the earthy notes. Tannins got slightly sharper with aging but still perfectly balanced and structured. Long finish, full bodied. Additional notes of plum chocolate red fruit raspberry dark chocolate

First taste was sharp. But after it was decanted and sat for a couple hours it was excellent. I was worried we left it too late. But with patience we were rewarded.

Picture perfect example of a Cali cab done right. Tobacco and blackberry on the nose. Balanced acidity and long finish.

Please Let This Breathe. I didn’t give it enough time. An hour after we started drinking it was a completely different animal. It was tight and shy initially. It was unable to show its true potential because it needs time. An hour later it was ready to be enjoyed. Beautifully crafted. Bold and elegant not the bite that you expect. It would pair beautifully with simple bbq or a fine meal but it can stand on its on.

I’ve had a a few different vintages and find them to be well balanced, consistent, and fruity with good balance

The 2018 is a full body gem!!! Notes of blackberry and oak, long legs and smooth flavorful finish. Soft tannins and dark purple color really show off this wine. This is a good one year after year.

2019 vintage, didn't have time to decant. Super smooth and balanced. The fruit seemed tight, may have been due to the lack of decant, to what extent IDK. Tannins were very soft, I prefer something bolder. Drank 3 other wines tonight, it got lost among bigger wines.

Very deep ruby color. S 4.5/5 A 4.5/5 B 4.5/5 T 4/5 F 4.5/5 cherry blackberry cola bell pepper on the nose. black cherry on the palate. oak chocolate plum licorice at the end. Powerful but nice balance of acidity, oak and fruit character was good.

Really a very good wine. A lot of blackberry and oak. The acid and tannin is so well balanced. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion

Fruity, full of tannin to start with but becomes super gentle as it opens up. Very round, smooth velvety wine.

Awesome juice. Solid buy and try. Body is amazing. Loved the nose and no need to decant on this wine. Tannins are perfect with the hint of blackberry, cherry, and earthy notes. Not chewy, but right for the palate. Thanks K for the intro. Buying more for the QPR, but could move on to similar offerings. 4.385

we bought this for a special occasion a while ago and saved the bottle. we remember it being very good.

Good. Needs time to age properly. I think there are better options at this price point.

美味しい、もう少し渋みがある方が好き

DFWE - alchohol a little dominant here and still needs to settle down for me. Not sure how long this had been open but confident would score better with a full decant.

Tasty but almost unnecessary. Very Bordeaux esque, less fruit, more tannins and just a very average wine. Subtle blackberry tones but not much pop, not much of anything interesting, just a bit too “meh” for my tastes, not worth the price at all.

Black fruit, oak, and leather. Not as rich as I had hoped.
