Principia Altior Pinot Noir

This wine is pale ruby color and developing. Pronounced intensity. aroma character with red cherry, raspberry, smoke(oak), vanilla(oak), hint of the sweet spice, mushroom, white pepper, tomato leaf, umami. Pronounced flavours intensity. Dry. H acidity. M tannin. M body. M(13.5%). alcohol. long finish. フレッシュな赤果実を中心に甘いスパイスの香りを伴った樽の香り。嫌らしくなくほんのり香る。味わいも酸があり凝縮感がありバランスが良い。2-3年熟成したら更に良くなっていくと思う。タンニンは収斂性はほとんど感じないがしっかりある。
