オミナ、チャサネーゼ13 茶がかった淡いガーネット、 紅茶、烏龍茶、椎茸ラグー、ポルチーニ、ドライフルーツ、カラメル、醤油や鰹節。 温度が上がると甘みを感じる。 熟成も入り、角が取れ、丸みを帯びている。 ややアルコールっぽく薬品感が少しだけ。 力強くボリューミー。ローマとは思えないしブラインドでも当てることはできないであろう。うまい。 alc 14%

蜂蜜、ジューシーなリンゴ。このワイナリーのワインはみんな美味しい。

Notiz - Winzerabend bei Huffs Weinwerkstatt am 04.12.2024 In der Nase blumig und Zitrone. Am Gaumen Reife Früchte, Apfel, Steinfrucht, mineralisch, leicht salzig. Angenehmes cremiges Mundgefühl.

ラッツォ、オミーナ、エルメス　ディアクトロスⅡ14 濃い目のイエロー、花梨、塩パイナップル、ミックスジュース、旨味と濃く、厚みあり。 冷えてる時はキリッとミネラリー、あげると樽の後押し。 温度帯変化がとても面白いワイン。

Fresh, fruity and acidic with a long finish. Notes of lime. Enjoyed in Berlin Morgenpost Menu in Restaurant India Club in Berlin Mitte with kolrabi, apple and mango salad.

Tried it @cantinacastrocielo in Rome , a rounded wine with orange in the nose dark yellow with light reflexes, fresh and with a reasonable body. I loved it and it is a great discovery from a local grapes blend
