🇫🇷 lunch wine #2 - Popped and poured, this surprising 2015 was open for business. Ripe, lush fruit core...lemon tart, vanilla cream, apples with balanced juicy acidity. I love how the 2015 white burgs are showing now. Tasted beside the 2018 Caroline Morey, this was certainly more mature and ready. Very good producer. Drink now until 2023.

A perfect gem from Marc Colin Elegance captured in a bottle. Released in beautiful bits by Coravin. So much minerality you would think it got stuck in that thin Coravin needle. But it doesn’t. Almost worried if the Zalto can handle it. But it can. More notes to come... Palate is razor sharp and concise It’s oozing quality with so little efforts It’s a pure simplistic beauty Sometimes you crave for complexion Sometimes your are satisfied by simplicity I’m satisfied!

This is in such a great spot right now. Perfectly matured. Lime, citrus, honey, white flowers with a great length and aftertaste 😍

Very generous white burgundy, nose full of honey and lime. Very round and long in mouth. An excellent and of course expensive chassagne Montrachet

2016 vintage. Beautiful bright golden color. On nose, stone fruits and some pineapple and honey, as well as blossom. On palate, nicely balanced and highly concentrated. M body, M+ acidity. Stone fruit taste. Long finish. Outstanding!
