抜栓してすぐは酸味が強めで、後味かなりスッキリ。 ふんわりバニラやはちみつの香りもあり。 とってもエレガントで飲み疲れない。 濃いめのゴールド。 1日置いてみたら、酸味が落ち着いて甘みが増した。 Earthy 後味がめちゃくちゃスッキリしてる。 よく冷やして暑い時に頂くのが美味しい😋 ホタテのカルパッチョ、良く合う👍
