2018/11/14 色は明るく、少し茶色がかった赤。 抜栓した直後はフルーティなイチゴの香り。 時間が経つにつれ、なめした革、雨の後の森の様な香り。 爽やかな苺、少しほかのベリー。心地よい爽やかな酸味。 時間が経つにつれなめした革、少しのクリーム。 余韻は鮮やかさと爽やかさがある。 明るい昼の森の中。 前に飲んだフィサンのものより、全体的にグレードは落ちる。 但しこれはこれでなかなか美味い。
