デキャンタで出て参りました。獺祭とこれがペアリングの目玉だったようです。長熟なので、デキャンタしてもまだまだ若々しいです。ほんのり開いて食事が終了、無念です。。 食事が美味しいが故にへんてこに感じたペアリングでした。今回初めての試みだったようで、次に期待です。 It came out decanted.
