Wow! Not what I expected, so much more! Big floral fuzzy peach nose, refreshing, tingly bubbles, and although its a sweet muscato it is much more acidic than the typical high heat regions. Paired with fat seared scallops and a spicy ginger, lime sauce.... ooohh yesss! 🇨🇦

Clear pale copper colour. Pear, ripe apple, honey, peach, minerals and sea spray. Med sweetness, light body, high acidity, good balance, good concentration and long finish. Very good quality

Fragrant orange blossom, peach, rose petal, lychee, and thyme on the nose. On the palate, orange zest, notes of strawberry and apple, vanilla and licorice, with well-balanced acidity. Moderate finish. A very unique wine.

Peach and floral notes on the nose. Rose, almost copper colour. Tastes of tropical fruit and flower petals with just the right amount of minerality.

Very interesting light (9.5%). Made with L’Acadie varietal. On the nose lemon, lime and sea breeze. The palate doesn’t disappoint, citrus, mineriality / salinity with good acidity.

3.75. Love this blend and vintner. A lot of stone fruit and minerality from a vintner who is in unapologetic support of the unceded ancestral territory of the Mi’kmaq people.

Little different than I expected. Slightly sweeter than most but full bodied and flavorful so it comes across well. Apple and some peach at the start and citrus on the back end. Serve well chilled. Good summer patio drinker.

Very smart marketing, spearheaded by Benjamin Bridge. A blanket regional style "Tidal Bay", generally made from their own regional hybrid L'Acadie Blanc. I think Nova Scotia could put Tidal Bay and this varietal on the World Map in a bigger and faster way than anything from BC or Ontario. This one was toasty, nutty, waxy, fruity with lemon rind and wafting of petrol. Off-dry, med acid, lighter body. Honeyed in flavour and texture. Citrus and grapes (think muscat). Its different.
