NZ南島・セントラルオタゴのピノノワール単一の赤。 透けるが濃いルビーレッドに、チェリー、ラズベリー、シナモン、ナッツの香り。 フルーティさに全振りしたような弾けるような赤系ベリーのチャーミングな果実味に軽快な酸の親しみやすい味わいだが、割合はっきりと塩味伴う鉱物感もあり、引き締まりは良い。タンニンはごくソフトで終盤にグリップを微かに感じさせるが、トータルとしてスムース。 なかなか。
