ドメーヌ・ルフレーヴ ・ムルソー プルミエクリュ・ スールドダーヌ 2017 かつてピノ・ノワールが植えられ、ドメーヌ唯一の赤ワインとして、ブラニー・スー・ル・ド・ダーヌの名で出荷されていたクリマ。土壌微生物学のクロード・ブルギニヨン教授の勧めにより、95年、赤から白へ植え替えを始めた（AOCの規定による白はムルソーに）。ムルソー・スー・ル・ド・ダーヌの初ヴィンテージは2000年。 イエローゴールド、熟した白桃やアプリコット、ナッツ、白い花などの華やかでウットリする香り。つ丸みのある味わい。

あまり香りは強くないが 石灰、チョーク、バニラ、 口にすると豊かな果実の酸があふれます 余韻も長い酸を感じる

Meursault 1er Cru、Sous Le Dos'Dane、Domaine Leflaive、Puligny-Montrachet、2023。 The Celler 広尾にて。 淡いペールイエロー、ディスクは普通で粘性も普通。 ナッツやバタークッキーのような甘くまろやかでクリーミーなニュアンスの香りが一気に広がり、その裏に黄桃やレモンなどの柑橘、白から黄色の花の香り、ミネラル感。若干の還元香。 口にすると圧倒的な酸と共に押し寄せる、更に濃密な果実味。一気に華やかさがピークに達し、その後バターなどのクリーミーな余韻がゆっくり時間をかけて消えていく。 さすが一流といったエレガントワイン。世界中を魅了するのも頷ける。

ヒロヤショップにて。こちら「ドメーヌ・ルフレーヴ」の「ムルソー 1er スー・ル・ド・ダーヌ2009」。熟成と樽の深い香り。香り、味わいともに深い。蜜っぽさもある。もう少し熟成すると酸が穏やかになり、マロンっぽさがあるが、個人的にはこのあたりのフレッシュさが残っている状態が好き。 以下、ショップのコメント→グラスからは、青りんごや洋梨、白桃などの果樹園を思わせる豊富な果実のアロマが広がります。ヘーゼルナッツやアニス、白い花などの華やかな香りが加わり濃密な印象に。口当たりは柔らかく、レモンの皮を思わせるビターなニュアンスが清涼感ある味わいを演出します。張りのある酸がワインにフィネスを付与。透明感のあるミネラル感と共に上品なフィニッシュへと続いていきます。

Leflaive Chevalier Montrachet GC 2006 黄金色。若干のコルク臭が残念だったが気になるほどではなかった。第一アロマよりも第二第三アロマが中心。アプリコット、ハチミツ、オーク、ブランデー。ほぼ熟成のピーク。深みのある香りと味わいが素晴らしかった。

ドメーヌ・ルフレーヴ ムルソー プルミエ・クリュ スール・ド・ダーヌ2020 。ピュリニーモンラッシェに隣接するムルソースール ド ダーヌ。2020年なので早目だけど、ピュリニーとムルソーの中間のような酸、ムルソーらしい蜂蜜のような濃厚さ。樽発酵、樽熟成

グラスを近づけるとクリーミーな甘い香り、柑橘、メロン、、。香りがバランスの良くクリームのベールに包まれているような。 これは長い熟成からのクリーミーさなのかな。ムルソー独特の樽感も強く主張することなく品がある。 味わいは優しいアタック、酸は優しくなっている。果実味たっぷりでふくよかオイリー。 文句なしの美味しさでした。

絶大な人気を誇るドメーヌ、ルフレーヴのムルソー１級、スー・ル・ド・ダーヌ。 甘くクリーミーな味わいを思わせる、爽やかな果実の香り。エレガントで落ち着きがあり、穏やかな酸味、豊富なミネラルと果実味、ムルソーの典型的な樽香。パルミジャーノ・レッジャーノ、2年熟成させたハモンセラーノと合わせた。美味。 またコスパも高く、留まることを知らない人気のルフレーヴ故、若いビンテージでも瞬く間に市場から消えいき、値段も右肩上がりの中、＄200を下回る値段で購入できる。

I always thought this meant under the back of the donkey, but our French chef said it means under the back of the vineyard horse? Excellent stuff. I’ve had other vintages of this that I don’t remember being this great. At VdG for SoA dinner. Thanks Keith and David

A very good Bourgogne Blanc which is a delight to taste. Predominantly pear , peach ,stone fruits ,honey, mineral , butter and vanilla. Well balanced and mouth watering acidity. Still very youthful but sometimes they are so good you don't mind opening them young.

Another beautiful wine from the epic lunch with the Spanish boys on 26S. This jewel was courtesy of Lalo. Fantastic array of aromas and flavors. Buttered popcorn, baked apples and pears, almonds, cashew, wet stone. Wonderfully balanced, nice acidity, seductive mineral undertone. Beautiful finish , the kind that last, tingles, jiggles, produced a huge smile.

PC 94++ #meursault1ercrusousledosd'âne2006 100% Chardonnay, 12 meses de crianza en barricas de roble francés. De color amarillo, dorado, limpio y brillante, lagrima fina. Fruta blanca madura, roble cremoso, mineral, punto cítrico, toque de especias. En boca tiene una entrada envolvente, con cierta densidad, un post muy equilibrado, pera, manzana fresca, buena acidez, y un final largo. Otro vinazo de nuestro amigo Lalo Cliper que compartió con nosotros, gracias amigo!!!!

Very balance ,soft acidity. Ripe green fruit and a hint of floral aroma. Medium to full body and a very pleasant after taste.

Developing beautifully, very young. Closed even after 5 hours in glass. Will be a classic Meursault, with bright acidity and not much oak nor butter.

One of the star Domaine in PM. Stone, honey and mineral. Very fresh Meursault. It also has elegant toast and brioche aroma on the finish.

Super reductive, you have to dig to find depth. Prominent oak, vanilla, sesame, some apple and lemon, bright acidity. Surprisingly delicate.

Sesame, toasty, minerals, grassy notes. Stunning balance and structure. just the right amount of oak giving it layers of complexity. Love it.

白い果実と花の香り。あとから蜜の雰囲気も出てきますが、全体的に落ち着いてます。 果実味は少し抑えめ、酸、ミネラルはいい感じとっても落ち着きのあるムルソーって感じです。 ムルソーらしさは出さず、スマートで落ち着いているいけてるやつです。

開けたら若干の熱烈化、ヨーグルト、ハチミツ、濃厚、黄色、ミネラル

やっぱムルソーが好み

すごく還元効いた芋にパイン皮や香ばし柑橘果肉。味わいは柑橘皮芋感にアクセントなフリンティ火薬臭、熟れたニュアンスもあり質はいいのわかる。

4杯目はムルソーのプルミエクリュ。味わいはクラヴァイオンとかなり似ていて、酸味は若干大人しい感じ。 今回のような同じビンテージの水平試飲も貴重な経験となった。願わくば、もう少し良いワイングラスで飲みたかったところ。 2019.3.29 MP88

双鸡的默尔索非常不错，酒做的非常的工整，香气浓郁度平衡全部在线，硬说的话圆润感、矿物感、可以再多一些，稍微无趣了一点。

さすがのムルソーのプルミエクリュ。アーモンドのような香り。芳醇さと辛さのバランスは抜群。

3.9 ムルソー りんごやバター、アプリコット、フルーツと樽の甘い香り パワフルというよりエレガント 落ち着きがあり、酸味は滑らかで穏やかな味わい。ミネラル豊かな綺麗なムルソー

これはムルソーではない。 ピュルニーのまさに味わい。 シャープでキリッとしていて、果実味には乏しいので、とても貧弱な味わい。 酸のけたたましさが目立ち、美味しいと感じない。

アルコール分：13% ドメーヌ・ルフレーヴ（ピュリニィ・モンラッシェ） ブラニィのスー・ル・ド・ダーヌは土壌微生物学者の勧めで1995年に赤から白に植え替え。ムルソーの初ヴィンテージは2000年。
