色は鮮やかなゴールデンイエロー。柑橘系の香りに少し蜂蜜のニュアンス。後からトースト香とバター。この余韻はやはりシャンパーニュ。膨よかさよりは少しシャープなイメージはありますが、それがブラン・ド・ブランらしさなのでしょうか。余韻が長いのが、このワインの良さかもしれません。
