ヴィンテージは記録に残っていない。 2005年頃職場で開栓。 淡いゴールドと繊細で持続的な泡。 熟れた柑橘類、リンゴ、梨、少しブリオッシュの香り。 口に含むと、強めの炭酸ガスが、すーっとほどけてゆき、直後にボワッと爆発したのは初めての体験。 心地よい酸。　桃、乳製品、酵母、トースト、アーモンドの香りが鼻を抜けていった。 素晴らしい。
