◆開けてみて ロゼは難しい…目を瞑ると白との区別が付かない…色は綺麗でそつない印象。 ◆嗅いでみて ベリー系を感じるのが苦手でして、樽香が真っ先に感じられる。 ◆飲んでみて 最初に酸味が来るが、ベリーor柑橘の区別が付かない。樽香の他にチーズの様な雰囲気もあり、熟成香が感じられる。 ◆食べてみて ・ナッツ類：全体的に酸味が飛び出てくる。かと思いきやたまに丸く収まることも。ツンデレ？ ・パルミジャーノ：合うとしたら硬質<<軟質かな？向いている方向が違いそう。
