Terre de Mistral Rosalie Sainte Victoire Côtes de Provence Rosé

7.9/10 Nose: delicate lemon, rosewater, peach and apricot. Palate: very dry with high acidity. Notes of savoury straw, grass, hay and a touch of smoke. More stone fruit towards the end. Finish: good length, balance and complexity. A very good white that will pair well with creamy pasta sauces.
