2020 Citron confit herbe séchée, silex En bouche belle tension, sucre qui combat l'acidité. Assez fluide mais très délicat. Très belle fraîcheur en fin de bouche et jolie longueur, assez salivant

オイル、洋梨、バナナ 上品な、オイリーな香水のように感じる。 RIながらアタックはマイルドに感じる酸、口中で甘酸っぱい。

WOTN, long finish, highly drinkable sweet riesling with good typicity of diesel honey, couple with aromatics and hint of spice.

Clear tertiary aromas of sherry wood, hazelnut, and dried apricot show somewhat on the oxidative side the primaries are classic white peach and lemon icing. The palette is profound with bright acid countered by a feinherb sweetness and concentrated orange peel and fine mineral finish.

Légères notes de silex Attaque ample chaleureuse, bonne si rosiez, rattrapé par une bonne acidité bien marquée qui rend le vin très digeste, finale sur le citron confit

Not too high on acidity, a like petroleum, quite complex aftertaste of quince compote

Ouverture un peu difficile, un peu de vol qui traine... Le riesling est la, frais, petrole, fumé, un peu saponaire..... La bouche est tendre, équilibrée, superbe acidité, sucrosite faible pour une vt... C top sur l'équilibre

De vermelding Vendanges Tardives kan op het etiket gebruikt worden als aanvulling op de appellaties Alsace of Alsace Grand Cru. Ze is van toepassing op uitzonderlijke wijnen die geproduceerd worden volgens criteria die de strengst denkbare zijn dan die van welke Franse AOC dan ook. Vendanges Tardives worden gemaakt van de druivenrassen gewürztraminer, pinot gris, riesling of muscat die geplukt worden wanneer ze overrijp zijn. Gewoonlijk is dat pas enkele weken na het officiële begin van de oogst
