コストコで見つけたスデュイロー のセカンド。ハーフボトル1000円台で本格ソーテルヌ。グレープフルーツなどのシトラスの香り。貴腐にしては癖がなく飲みやすいタイプだが、さすがに本格的。高級感はなくカジュアルだが、スデュイロー が1000円台で楽しめるのだからかなりお買い得だった。

ソーテルヌ。コストコ購入。値段忘れたけど数千円。濃いイエロー。ハチミツ。甘い。香りは草のような爽やかさ。濃縮、力強い。

イオン2019'6/9購入、抜栓。¥3,500程度 約5年半の熟成。 輝きのあるレモンイエロー。 ハチミツ、アプリコット、マーマレード、熟れたパイナップルの香り。 味わいはすでに程よい熟成感があり、ソーテルヌらしい甘味と穏やかな酸味のバランスが非常によい。

香りはアプリコットなどの、マッタリとしたような甘い香りや、菌の香り。口当たりはトロッと？したような優しい口当たりで口の中に甘さが広がる。その後にまた菌のような香りが追ってくる。 とても美味しい！ 食後などに少し飲むにはちょうどよいワイン

Loved this Sauterne! Beautiful nose of apricot and splice icy pole! (Only Australian drinkers will know). Palate was caramel, marzipan and butterscotch. Acid was med + Enjoyed with a rhubarb tart.

Yellow. Good match with Foie grass. Very well balanced with sweets from honey, apricot, pineapple and pear and acidity from lemon and marmelade. Not too sweet, just enough.

Sauternes bem elegante, com boa acidez. Linda cor, bouquet maravilhoso. Pêssego, amêndoa, mel, carambola. Média persistência.

Mooie goudgele, bijna oranje Sauternes. Sinaasappel, ananas, vleugje honing. Lekker zoet maar goed in balans dankzij het zuurtje. Zacht mondgevoel.

Medium amber colour. Nutty honey, toasted coconut and marshmallow aroma. Sweet, syrupy taste.

Made over a white soil in France. Grapes for this are all hand picked. Oak aged wine which is unique. Almost an apple and honey flavored wine. VERY unique flavor. More of a dessert wine for my taste.

Honeydew, cantaloupe, ripe melon, crisp apples on the nose. Honey and melon with strong hints of honeydew on the palate.

Apricot honey little green apple on the nose. Paired it with a lemon tart so this was amazing ended to our first night in COVID-19 Quarantine.

Raisin, candied lemon, and most prominently honey. High acidity balances out sweetness nicely. Perfect with non-chocolate deserts such as cheesecake, baklava, or fruit tart.

Very gold and sweet. Like most Sauternes bright honey taste with some marmalade and pear here. I do get a zest of orange peel with maybe some burnt toast on the back of the tongue. If you think about it hard enough lol

My first ever Sauternes. Been exclusively drinking ice wine & tokaji as my dessert wines. I paired this with crème brûlée, but took two sips before eating. The acidity is high along with the sweetness. Was way more enjoyable with the dessert as it helped cut through the acidity. I’m not sure I like Sauternes, but so glad I tried it! Deep gold, distinctive golden color Apricot and flint on the nose with deep honey and noble rot on the palate. Absurdly sweet but also acidic, full and more grippy than any white I’ve ever had. Paired with a blueberr pie slice and a wine night with friends
