Fantastisk dessertvin!

Det her var godt. Rigtig fin dessertvin. Behagelig, ikke for sød, men med fine klare smagsnoter. nøddeagtig, honning. Serveret som en del af parring menuen til oktobers menu på restaurant Jatak. Køb!

Excellent vin sucré idéal pour l'apéritif.

grenache gris and grenache blanc. caramelized fruits, plum, very aromatic without being too sweet. cracker

Dried raisins, cinnamon on the nose with a hint of star fruit. Fig on the palate, medium bodied, nice glycerin coat and golden raisins finish.

If you like a glass of balanced and fine intense sweet dessert wine here is á excellent option Paring this to a nice selection of cheese ( strong cheeses) was a fabulous match Á sweet wine but not to sweet lovely flavor in nose and on the plate as peach, juicy pear and small flowers aromas. The mouth is not too sweet but well-balanced, generous and long.

A little petroleum and orange peel with a caramelised yellow fruit. Deep yellow colour and lots of aftertaste.

Really good solera Banyuls. Nutty and oxidized in nose. Rounded mouth. Good tertiary aromas in mouth. Nice length. Lovely.

Similar to a white port but not as complex. Very nice with foie gras though.

Der Banyuls blanc ist ein schöner Apéritif und passt großartig zur Crème Brulée sowie zu Desserts mit Aprikosen, Karamell oder Trockenfrüchten. Ganz feine, angenehme Bitternote.

Fruité blanc - poire🍐, bon équilibre.
