ピノノワールのベリー香も強く感じられ、酸味もあるが、とても飲みやすいバランスの良い赤ワイン。

Lovely Pinot Noir from Jade Temple in Sydney. Perfect addition to the pork dumplings and Chinese BBQ dishes. Would highly recommend.

表参道 うまい 酸はあるが、ねっとり、パイナップル系のトロピカル感

2024/5/19 かもすで購入。淡いルビー。 チェリー、 赤色系の果実、 皮革の香り。いちごまでは行かない感じ。縁は透明になりかけ。これまで飲んだブルゴーニュのピノノワールに香りは似てる。ボリュームはこちらのほうが強い印象。タンニンと酸味は控えめでありつつバランスは良さそう。アルコール度数は13.5度あるが、飲み込んだ時に喉に来る嫌な酸味やタンニンは無く、ガブガブ飲めそうなほど飲みやすい。気づいたら飲んでる感じ。また買っても良いかも。

色調は淡い赤で美しい ピノ・ノワールらしい香り いちご、ジャム 味わいはしっかり 余韻もしっかりめでお肉等にも合わせられる(塩、赤身など)

Has that PN funk. Raspberry, blackberry, chocolate, soil on a warm day. Very subtle herbal note. Think the oak sticks out a little here. You can tell it is new world, rather ripe. But not bad!

ヤラまでくると冷涼なはずだが、香りはまだ湿ってる印象。いままでに飲んだピノとはまだ違う。オールドワールドと比較して果実感はある、濃い、酸はぼやっと広がってる感じ。ピノはもっと冷涼な地域の方が好きなのかも。

Soumah online with Steve Worley, 2019 range. 5/6 Hexham vineyard. Again good cherry in there. Nicer than the previous but finish was a little disappointing for me.

Rather light pinot from Australia; tasting lottle oak, raspberry andnor cherry as well as leather or minerals.

Pleasant. Plum

3.7 :: fresh, vibrant, expressive.

Sweet. Could taste the strawberry of it. Interesting few sips but it falls flat slightly after. Good for a casual drink, without food.

Actually I prefer Chardonnay, but this Pinot Noir was as great as Chardonnay :-)

ルビー オーク ラズベリー

Delicate and cool on the palate. Charming fruitiness. I would be tempted to buy it again if it had a little more ups and downs on the palate. 繊細で冷涼な味わい。チャーミングな果実味。もうすこし起伏のある味わいならもう一度購入したくなるのだが。

お味は確かにピノ・ノワールなんだけれど香りが草っぽい感じが強くて香りだけならシラーかフランっぽい。

Strawberry and little bit earthy on the nose. Medium bodied, still bit tannic, palate is earthy but with some bitterness in the end

良く言えば、後味スッキリ 悪く言えば、味も香りもない 癖がなく飲みやすい。

Stram, syrlig, jordbær, vandet, ingen frugt. Måske dur den om et par år.

Tastes like it has gone off. When I enquired about it, the bar staff said they regularly receive similar feedback about this Pinot noir.
