リンゴや花や桃っぽい香り。 皮っぽいグリーンな香りもあり、香りのまとまりが良い 味わいは甘みがよく感じられ、かなり繊細で程よい酸味とちょっとのタンニンでいい感じになる！

ナチュール 美味しいけどSeteの中では少し落ちるかな？　酸度高め。

Vivinoで初購入。 インポーターはモトックスさん。 おいしいです。ALC12％ 仕事帰りはまず炭酸水で割ってゴクゴク。 そして炭酸水なしでそのままで、、 意外と色濃く、オレンジがかった麦わら色。 フレッシュな果実味と爽やかな酸味が心地よいです。 柑橘類、トロピカルフルーツの甘み。 ハーブの香りと味わい。 ハーブを感じた。ここで評価UP。好きです! 品種はカタラート・ビアンコ。 要チェックな土着品種。 新しく知る度にシチリアワインに興味わく。 カジュアルに普段飲み。 気取らないのがいいです、何でも合いそう。特にエビ。 ビオは飲みやすい。 メモ📝 樹齢10年 テッレ・シチリアーネ　IGP ビオロジック

ブルゴーニュを彷彿させる比較的雑味感少ない味わい。ドライ。ミネラル感。エトナビアンコ三種類試したがその中ではベスト。

カリン　チーズ 洋梨　さっぱり　酸味もミネラルもマイルド　とうもろこしの冷製ポタージュの甘さにあうー。

Nice blend of Chardonnay, Caricante and Albanella. Medium golden colour, pineapple and hay on the nose, citrus, and a touch of honey on the palate. Bright acidity and tropical finish. Lovely if you’re into this style - I certainly am!

Delicious white from Sicily. The balance of minerals, acidity and fruit notes like peaches, a little citrus make this a quaffable wine. Picked up a discounted bottle of 2018 vintage and it was a bit oxidized, can’t imagine what a fresh bottle would taste like.

Killer combo of minerals and citrus with some waxy and honeyed notes on the finish.

Slightly hazy unfiltered organic white, with a very fresh, peach rich body with hints of honey and citrus. Worked really well with swordfish and salsa verde.

Een droge, fruitige wittte wijn die goed aansluit bij pasta carbonara. Proeft naar tropisch fruit, citrus en abrikoos. Was van het Tasteclub pakket.

Not sweet but I like it !

Gust molt singular, verdós, lychee, ametlla, clau, persistent en boca. Perfecte maridatge amb pasta carbonara. Elaborat per un petit celler al costat de Roma, de forma ecològica. Bon lloc per visitar.

Uve malvasia e trebbiano, annata 2018. Al naso profumi di uva bianca e albicocca, buona acidità e grado alcolico importante. Molto “beverino” ma più autunnale che estivo. Ottimo con ragù di carne bianca o formaggi semi stagionati. Lo ricomprerò volentieri.

伊予柑など和柑橘、干草の香り。 ソフトな泡。ドライだが、味わいにも柑橘のフルーティーな印象が続き、心地よい軽いほろ苦さ。ごく軽いソフトなタンニン。 品種はマルヴァジア、プンティナータ、他、とのこと。

イタリア　シチリア グルフィ ヴァルカンツィリア2021 シャルドネ60%、カリカンテ40% 香りはアロマテックさがある、味わいは繊細さもありながら果実感も感じられる。シャルドネの果実感や厚みのある感じとカリカンテの繊細さが混じっていて、どちらのいいところも引き出している。後味のミネラル感もしっかりしている。 近所のイタリアワインショップにて。通常価格3685円。

Interessant assemblage de Chardonnay et l’autre cépage dont le nom m’échappe mais qui est typiquement espagnol. Beau corps beau coffre, vivant.

Interesting Italian white and my first time trying a Carjcanti. Incredibly fragrant, with tropical fruits, citrus and a fruit salad, honey type profile. Remains flavorful on the palate, with that dominant fruit forward profile contrasting with a dry profile and good acidity, although lacking a bit more depth to get to the 4 stars - could benefit from malolactic fermentation or a bit more oak aging. 3.9⭐️

Very nice unfiltered wine that is fruity and has low acidity. Need to try it a bit more though as it initially didn’t go well with the food I had.

Oh I wish it was summer as I drink this. Honey, pineapple, wet stone minerality. This is yummy. Paired well with a Thai shrimp dinner but also drinks well in its own. Great find, great price

Even wennen maar met wat zuurstof zeker de moeite waard. Fris, groen, fruitig.

Medium nose of pear, honey, lemon. The palate is high in acidity, with medium alcohol, riper fruit and medium body, medium intensity. Medium length with a sharp finish.

酸味とすこし工学的な、オイルとかの感じの香り。ぎゅっとした酸味、ミネラルあり強めの渋み、なので唾液がでる系。甘さほぼない。ゼッポリーニと。

アプリコット グレープフルーツ

薄うまオレンジ微炭酸！確か4,000ちょいしたので、デイリーにしては高いけど、 上質なチルタイムのお供にもってこい。柑橘類 ベルガモット　アプリコット　ライム、微炭酸で黄色い花とモンシロチョウを連想させる香り。確かにスパークリングっちゃあスパークリングだけど、酵母の発酵系微炭酸だなぁくらいの期待値がちょうど良いかも。潮風に吹かれながら飲んでも、グラスを傾けるとこのワインの世界に没頭させてくれるような、強い引力をお待ちのワイン。

ちょーどいいシチリアシャルドネ。 柑橘と樽のニュアンス。 ぶるごーにゅのニュアンスもあり。

Citrus fruit, some yellow fruits, minerals, herbal, cider ish, light nutty, quite a bubble… very decent, but not my fave from Sete.

Vino bianco che disperde poco all'unghia, odore di freschezza e frutti poco maturi. In bocca molta acidità che viene equilibrata dall'alcol.

オレンジの発泡ワイン。 パンチがある。 工場が爆発したことがあり、ボンバットと名付けられたそう。

やや酸味が強め ローズマリーポテトに合う 暑い時に良いかも
