ドイツの地で、フランスの有名なシャプティエが作る。少し黄色が強めに軽く緑。リースリングではなくシルヴァネール。白桃のような甘さが適度にありつつ、シルヴァネールらしい青リンゴの酸味。キリッと冷やして飲みたい。
