初夏に冷やして飲みたい。 少し濃いめのピンクで綺麗です。 花の香りがきますが 天然酵母の複雑さは感じられなくシャープな印象で広がりは感じませんでした。 オムライスと共に。 PS: エチケットがもう少し良いといいのになぁと思います。
