Fascinating blend of cab and three other grapes. Mellow, smooth, but with a delicate touch. Terrific value at $25 a bottle. Had this at Marian in the Village.

Peppery and a touch acidic at first yet still smooth. A nice sipping wine that could be versatile with a number of cuisines or simply as a pre-dinner pour.

見た目は非常に濃く暗いレッドパープル。 香りは酸度を予感させるブラックベリー、カシス、ブラックチェリーの非常に濃密な黒系ベリーアロマに、わずかな乳酸のニュアンスとバニラクリーム、オークの大人びた香ばしさが膨らんでくる。MLFによるバター、ミルキーなキャラクターをしっかり感じる。 味わいは香りとは裏腹に甘みは抑えられ、フルボディながらタンニンはきめ細やか。軽やかで美しい酸も印象的。フレーバーはフルーティさはもちろん樽の香ばしさ、バニラの甘やかさ、MLFのまろやかさが渾然一体。 2日目は未だドライな顔つきだったが、3日目にして親しみやすい甘みが出てくる。その代わり香りは平たく中庸に。

Needs to breathe after opening, but even bodied , silky, not too fruity and I prefer to drink it without food, good wine for a nice hot bath!

Easy fruit forward drink, blackberries, light/medium tannins, nice light pepper finish. Not very complex or overly interesting but a great wine for guests.

Really fine blend. Fruit forward with good leather and finish.

Weak nose. Dark color, not very clear. Medium to light on tannin, a little wood / oak, and a tiny bit of pear which is cool for a red. Had with Ryan at Harvest Inn in St Helena CA

Full body with a bit of spice. Only 3 stars because the finish isn't very smooth, more spicy / acidic
