近年スパークリングがアツいカーネロス。 作り手の母体はテタンジェとのことで、味わいもシャンパーニュそのもの。 シャンパーニュと比べると熟成感よりもフルーツの印象が強い 珍しくセニエとアッサンブラージュ両方使っている。シャンパーニュではルイロデレールがクリスタルロゼで用いている。 ローズペタル、バブルリングが出来るほどフレッシュで泡持ちが良い ピンクペッパー、サクランボ、イチゴ、白カビチーズ、ブリオッシュ
