Lovely dessert wine with notes of raisins, figs, caramel, honey, coffee - not as crisp as maybe I’d like but delicious flavours and without feeling too sickly or syrupy

Light pale yellow color, clean & fresh bouquet taste as well. It is Sauv Blanc like in acidity with a unique minerality. I had it with bruschetta and Buratta and tomatoes with an incredible view overlooking Santorini from Fora. Sunshine, warm weather, Santorini blue water, White House’s and a delicious Santorini white wine to drink. Marvelous!
