Gaía Notios White

Really nice, light, refreshing crisp little drop. Lemon and peach on the nose and the same on the palate with an edge of stone/minerals. Not super complex, but still good at what it does. It would be absolutely perfect sitting in a little Greek taverna by the sea with a bit of bbq octopus. Sadly I’ll have to make do with a Greek restaurant in Sydney instead
