A lovely South African white Bordeaux-style blend. Benefits from some extra time spent in barrel and bottle and can continue to age for some time. Elegant, very subtle, understated fruit aromas alongside soft oak notes, a pleasant minerality, and subtle lanolin. A lovely creamy palate balancing the wine's fresh acidity. Sauvignon blanc flavors to start, shifting to subtle semillon lanolin, ginger and biscuit notes.
