2022年ヴィンテージ アルコール度数13% ソーヴィニヨンブランの香りを探しに行っても顕著には現れない。 フレーヴァーでソーヴィニヨンブランっぽいと分かる程度。 ニュージーランドのソーヴィニヨンブランの特徴を何もかもを弱めて、控え目にした感じ。 チリはサーモン漁が盛んなので、このサッパリとした、主張の無さが、脂が多いサーモンに合うのかも。 【試験対策ワイン忘備録より】
