色調は濃い目のイエロー 香りからは熟成のニュアンスが感じられ、焦がしキャラメルのような香ばしさと甘い香りがある。 カスタードのようなクリーミーな香りも出てる。 口当たりにボリュームがある感じはなく、なめらか。 酸は綺麗に広がる。 時間が経っても落ちることはなく、むしろ本来の複雑さが出てくる。 酸味と苦味のバランスが絶妙で飽きずに長く飲める
