やや濃いめのイエロー、グレープフルーツ、乳製品的ニュアンスも。マイルドさあるがすっきり。熟成感少しあり、柔らかさも感じる…ロバートソンのワイン、 石灰質土壌、泡にピッタリ。 グラハムベックは泡のみ作ってる。 馬が石灰質固めの土が良いとのこと。
