外観は少し濃いめのイエロー。香りは熟した洋梨のような果実の香り。豊富なミネラルの香りも。 口に含むと、甘やかな果実の充実した風味で、ミネラルの風味が鼻腔に抜けていく。旨味もたっぷりで、非常にふくよかな味わい。グリューナーの胡椒のニュアンスは感じられないが、とてもナチュラリーで、充実した果実味。ものすごく美味しい。
