Done in a Methode Traditionelle style, but that's where tradition ends with this 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. The first thing you notice is....it's orange π Then how soft the pearling is, and how subdued the nose π is. The palate is also far from traditional, caramelised meat, plum, and flint. A special wine for Mrs Speedo's 4th birthday π dinner.
