A nice full-bodied Moldovan merlot. Very dry and acidic. Aromas of dark fruit, oak, and chocolate. Slightly metal after taste at the back of the throat. Otherwise, nice tastes of cherry plum and tobacco. Paired it with a scallop risotto brunch dish.
