イスラエル🇮🇱はヤルデンのシャルドネ。ゴラン高原北部の標高900m以上にある最も寒冷な畑のブドウを使っているらしい。 クリーミーな香り、樽感のふくよかな香り、とうもろこしのような甘い香りもある。そして味わいもクリーミー。 これはもうChassagne Montrachetと同様のワインで同レベル！ 少々値が張るけどリピートしたい。
