Typical syrah in nose and on palate, dark red and black berries topped with light herbs and hints of liquorice, meaty on bottom with bit mushroom. Similarities to good French syrah like Côte-Rotie. Light acidity and minerals. Cf. Australian, not so overloaded but more decent flavour complex and transparancy in mouth. We loved it a lot and will try again.

Delicious Sauvignon Blanc from the Sancere region of the Loire Valley. Pale lemon in colour, the medium intensity nose includes citrus, apple blossom and minerality. The dry, medium bodied palate has lemon, lime, green apple, pear, melon, oak and a faint hint of honey. Despite the citrus dominated palate, medium acidity and oak balances the wine very nicely. Medium length on the finish.

Beautiful luscious ttopical fruit - with pineapple and mango as well as jasmine florality and a touch of vanilla. Beautifully creamy in the mouth but ending a verve of acidity to lift the finish. Absolutely northern rhone in style. Great.

Pretty coppery orange color, and as fizzy as a traditional champagne method. Bright brassy strawberry, palate-cleansing citrus, and a little slightly funky yeast note on the finish. Very dry, not very fruity, quite enjoyable—don’t be afraid of the “natural” label, this isn’t one of the weirder ones. Seems like a good match for a range of foods.

The apple are present still present on the palate. Acidity is great and you feel it stays in your mouth for a while.

Nice Blanc de Blancs Aromas of ripe fruits apple and a bit of lime. Yeast and light brioche and toast. The bubbles are very present but well balanced. Long finish.

Aged for 6 months in 500 liter demi-muids and another 18 months in 20hl oak tank. Medium+ intense aromas of horse stable, violet, red cherry, red plum, blackberry, green bell pepper, tomato leaf, liquorice wood, flint,, milk chocolate, wet leaves. イタリア中部のウンブリア州DOCスポレート、レ・チマーテ トレッビアーノ スポレティーノをグラスで。トレッビアーノ・スポレティーノ100%。 色味は綺麗なイエロー、香りは洋ナシからバナナのややトロピカルな方向性の香りに、バニラや白い花。 飲み口はやや重めのしっかりした果実味に、口当たりよく程よい酸味の、ふくよかな味わい。そしてイタリアでも数少ない海なし州ウンブリアでよく感じる、なぜか海の水のような塩が、果実味を引き立てるワイン。 個人的にウンブリアのこのような方向性のワインは、好きなワインの一つ。 The scent is from pear to banana with a slightly tropical scent, vanilla and white flowers.

Saveurs de coing et miel. Un boisé très (trop) imposant en bouche qui gâche un peu l’équilibre et l’aromatique. La longueur est cependant assez remarquable.

初ランブルスコ。赤系果実のジャミーな感じ。甘すぎず食事に合わせやすい

エチケットがお魚のデザインで洗練されている。初のアルタランガ。 外観は明るいイエローで泡立ちは細やか。香りは飴のような甘やかな香りで、フルーツの印象は穏やか。 口に含むと、フレッシュな柑橘系の印象で、キュンとした酸味が爽やか。酵母系はあまり感じない。基本的にはシンプルなスプマンテという印象。しかし奥底に微かに香木系の芳香も感じる。エクストラブリュットの表記通りかなりしっかりと辛口で、お料理と合わせる余白のあるワイン。

メデァチエルメーテ、ランブルスコ、アソッロ。 初めてのランブルスコ。セッコで飲みやすい。 クランベリーなどの果実味が強く、少し土っぽさもあるが、11.5%と軽やかで飲みやすい。

以前にも一度飲んでみて、オルネッライアのセコンドと期待したが、わたしにはまだ早かってのか理解できなかった。あれから3年して再度の挑戦。2015年物。 　まだ、なかなか良さがわからなかった。ワインに申し訳なかった。　青い感じ、硬い骨格。辛口。

バニラ香 コンメディア

飲み慣れないシラーの2007、決して好きなブドウ品種のワインではないですが、これは美味しかった！スパイス感と白い粉っぽさ、シルキーなタンニン、綺麗なワインでした！ カツオのたたき、にんにくではなく、生姜や茗荷白ネギを薬味にして合わせて見たかったカー！

白桃、バナナ、ジャスミンの香り アタックは優しい酸味 味わいは酸味、ミネラル、甘み、僅かに炭酸 余韻は全てが長く続く 10℃位がバランス良く美味しい

ゴールドに輝く美しい色 香りも素晴らしく味わいも バランスが良い

辛口でミネラル感たっぷり。後味に苦味が残り、それが旨味につながる。酸味はしっかりしているがバランスは良い。 落ち着いたフルーツの香。 冷やし過ぎず、11〜12℃くらいで飲むのが良いと思う。

2025.4.6 (日) 自宅にて。

グラスで出て来たから最初普通のスパークリングと思って飲んだら違ってたのでびっくり 辛口のランブルスコはたまに飲むけど、ドルチェは初めて飲んだ 初めてマスカットベリーAの甘口ワインかな？と勝手に思ったくらいキャンディ感、ブドウジュース感。でもちょっと複雑味もあって、たまにこういうのもあってもいいなと思った。

淡いイエロー リンゴ ネクタリン やや酸味あるが飲みやすい

En lidt standard champagne - kraftig men med alt for mange bobler i hvis du spørger mig. Selv hvis den hældes op i glasset og venter, så forsvinder boblerne ikke, og det er nærmest en overdrevet fornemmelse at få rent brus i munden.

なゆたさん サッパリ系 ミネラル 私にはちょっと鋭かったかな、、

Citrus notes on the nose and palate. Greater complexity than the alongside tasted meunier only champagnes. I prefer pinot noir based champagne. This had decent persistence in taste but significant acidity.

Medium body rosé, a little dry, but nice flavor.

It is hard for me to score this wine. Color is light pink... not intense. Nose - I had a problem to smell this wine. It is not aromatic enough to select a specific smells for me but it was rather pleasant. Taste is good. Not sweet, nor acidic. Very nice ballanced. But here also it is difficult to get a specific notes of it body. Still - nice to drink. Very good pairing with see food due to lack of specific strong notes. At a price below 10 EUR for sure a good buy. Much more than this is not a go

Rosato di sagrantino abbastanza anonimo, al palato risulta acidulo con discreto ritorno floreale...non si fa notare per persistenza e sapidità, sufficiente per un aperitivo e poco più...

綺麗な酸が心地良い。 全般少し物足りない印象。 赤色系の果実 カリン

家にて。先輩からのお裾分けワイン① イタリアは、ゴレッティの、レ ムーラ サラセーネの、モンテファルコ ロッソをいただきます。 外観は、やや濃い目のルビーレッド。 カシス、プラム、オーク、土。 ザラついたタンニン。しっかり目の酸。ただ、穏やかながら甘味もとれますから、全体的にドライな印象ながらも、少し立体感があり、悪くないですね。

久々のランブルスコ。 香りはかなり甘みを帯びており、タンニンは弱め。軽く飲める。 味わいにはさほど甘さはない。 偶に飲みたくなる。 ゴルゴンゾーラとお似合い。

ロワドゥラナチュール。 ジュース。

辛口。 タンニンのそれほど渋みはない 酸味少しあり

If was not Champagne the value of one bottle was going to be 10-15 euro max. Really average wine, from a vigneron independant I was expecting more care of details etc etc.
