南アフリカ・ウエスタンケープのシラー46%、CS42%、プティヴェルド8%、マルベック4%のブレンド赤。アンウィルカはボルドーメドック格付2級のコス デストゥネル、サンテミリオンのアンジェリュスと、南アフリカのクレインコンスタンシアのコラボワイナリーとのこと。 透けない濃い黒紫に、炭、コーヒー、スモーク、鉄、ブラックベリー、スモークの香り。 丸いアタックから、酸は下支えするのに過不足ないしっかりとした効き方で、果実味も前面には出ないが密度のあるコク深い濃密さ。タンニンも程よく終盤をグリッピーに締める、隙のないバランスに優れた濃い系の味わい。 なかなか美味しい。

南アフリカ、ステレンボッシュ。シラー、カベソー、プチ・ヴエルド。 黒みを帯びたダークチェリーレッドか。粘性強め。 ブラックベリー、干しプラム、わずかにメントール、杉や針葉樹ぼい木の香りも少し。あわせてピーマン感かなという感じ。 なめし革、黒胡椒、甘草、少しシナモン。 なめらかな酸味、シルキーなタンニン感。余韻は短め。 華やかな香り、しっかりとした味わい。シラーすぎず、カベソーでもない。純粋においしく楽しめる。 御所南クラテルで2600くらい。

すっと消えてくようななめらかな口当たり。余韻はなくあっさりとしているが、口に含んだ瞬間の香りのバランスがいい。単体では物足りないが食事と一緒に楽しむにはとてもいいワイン。 色は紫が強め。 @9,99€

4.05 ストロベリーの酸味から、ふっくらとしたラズベリーとカカオの甘さを後半から現れる。 シルキーながらも少しナッツや枯れ葉🍂のような野性味ある香りもある軽めの複雑な味わいは好み。

バニラ プラム 香りが強い シラーとカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンから出る香りが強くて。その瞬間美味しい 2017とは思えない シルキーでタンニンもまろやか 　おいしかった〜

A great combination of SYRAH, CABERNET SAUVIGNON and PETIT VERDOT. On the nose, PRUNE, RAISIN, BLACK CHERRY, BLACK CURRANT, BLACKBERRY, TAR, CHARCOAL, POTTING SOIL, ROSE, VIOLET, and PROSCIUTTO/SALINE are nicely laced. On the palate, more BLACK TEA, TOBACCO, LEATHER, DARK CHOCOLATE, BLACK PEPPER, and TOMATO are the main flavors. It’s dry with high acidity and tannin. With full bodied, pronounced flavor and a medium (+) finish, it is a great interesting wine.

Smell has pepper and oak. Taste has nice pepper. There is some leather. Very pleasant long taste. 

Dark purple robe with nose of ripe darks fruit, vanilla, leather and spice, intense ripe dark sweet cherry palate with lasting acidity. Very adventurous!

Sec, bon goût d épices. Intéressant manque un peu de finale

Absolut et lækkert bekendtskab. Kraftig og smagfuld. Behøver ikke accompagneres af mad for at komme til sin ret, men supplerer en chili con carne glimrende!

Nez plutôt discret au départ mais qui s'affirme à l'aération. On a alors des fruits noirs bien mûrs sur un fond boisé et de torréfaction. Bel équilibre en bouche où l'on retrouve les fruits ainsi que du chocolat et ce côté torréfaction. La finale est longue et légèrement tannique. Un très bon vin

Give it about half an hour to breathe and it opens up beautifully. Smoky and a bit oaky. Flavors of stewed dark cherry and dried red fruit.

I admit I like this region, this is a lively example...a bit plummy, a bit woody, spice at the end. Drink on its own or with steak!

Plenty of Syrah notes on the nose. Bold but smooth. Only 5 years in the bottle which was a bit young but got even better when it opened up. Black currant and vanilla.

Deep dark red in colour, aromas of dark berries, spices and old leather, lovely palate, no tannins, lots of dark fruit showing, great long lingering finish.

開栓して4日目から美味しい。 オールドスタイルで果実感や甘さに逃げてない。 しっかり系。

Weißer Pfeffer, herb, trocken. Ein wenig Kirsche.

深いルビー色 香りはシラー寄りのカベルネソーヴィニヨンという感じ。キノコ系、腐葉土感、シラーっぽい生肉感？と合わせて果実味を感じるようなイメージ。スワリングすると果実味がもう少し立つ感じかな セラーから出したばかりで飲んでしまったので、温度が上がってきたらもう少し香りも厚くなるかも？ 酸味はほどよく上品に纏まっている印象

2017 ウガバ 赤 南アフリカ。ボルドーのオーナーの作。深いタンニンと革目の風味。複雑味はない…かな。

Not convinced with south African reds.. Fruity, blackberry and plum, spices. A bit out of balance with acidity.

Kleur: Donkerrood Neus: Vooral donker fruit (soms onrijpe geuren) zoals Braam, zwarte bosbessen, pruim, verder ruik ik eikenhout en vuursteen. Smaak: Vnl. Zwart fruit, eikenhout , wat pruimen en vijgen, beetje donkere kers, zwarte bosbessen en rijpe rode bosbes. Verder veel eikenhout, rokerig karakter en een tikkeltje vanille. Wijn met een medium tot volle body, medium zuren en veel tannines. Prijs-kwaliteit een mooie wijn! Afdronk is matig tot goed!

Have avoided South Africa for awhile because most wines I taste are a bit gamey. This one isn’t changing my mind. Get licorice on the nose with some dark fruit. Full bodied and fat with a very unpleasant finish that I cannot describe in words. A bit hot as well. Undrinkable.
