色は辺縁が少し紅茶色だが中は濃い。香りは複雑で、ベリー、香水、八角、すみれ、バニラ。口に含むと濃厚なダシの様な厚い舌触り、ベリーの余韻が続き、柔らかいタンニンに包まれる。これは完成度が高い。複雑さはあるが、重すぎず、スイスイと飲めてしまう。驚かされた一本。

Producer have taken good care of this Spätburgunder... designed it probably, a clear success... comes on with a vanilla punch... blind test; I would confuse the aroma with a vanilla milk shake probably... the «sweetness» is accompanied with a balanced acid force... black pepper.... fruit is red, cherries and strawberries... a sip is followed by the next... automatically...

My first Saxon wine! This is a powerful Pinot Noir from one of Saxony's most ancient vineyards. The wine is full bodied with magnificent structure. Light peppery spices and young fresh red fruit. The complexity is exactly what I look for in a Pinot. Unusually for a German wine it is 14%.

A great made wine! Especially impressed about the harmony in this bottle. From the full body to the ridiculous 14% alcohol to the sweet tannins and the acidity just melts into this one element. Aromas: Red berries, wet forest moss and leather. Drink now as it still has the right amount of everything. A finished evolved wine for it's style.

Blitse, bijna chemische kers op de tong. Fijn fruit, maar tertiair te ver ontwikkeld. Hout is sterk aanwezig en paddestoel heb ik zelden zo aanwezig ervaren. Voor mij iets te. Had toch wel een iets betere balans verwacht in een GG. Desalniettemin een bijzonder wijntje.

Another surprising Pinot N! Learning my lesson that not all PNs produced outside Burgundy are secondary Brick red with a fading rim possibly indicating an older wine but the nose and palate are fresh with a predominance of wild cherry, raspberry and cranberry. Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) fra Weingut Schloss, kjøpt på tax-free på flyplassen i Hamburg. I starten litt duft av våt kryssfiner, går over i søte overmodne frukter. Stor kropp, nydelige avslepne tanniner med perfekt lengde. Brillefin sak.

Ett kraftigare PN vin som är mörkare och mer animalisk i sin stil och hör finns mogna både mogna jordgubbar och kartiga lingon som jag tycker ger en härlig smak av karamell samtidigt som det ger en eftersmak av fat och örter. Väldigt gott.

Im „hohen Norden/tiefen Osten“ angebauter, dennoch üppig und klarer Spätburgunder. Tolles Bukett nach Sauerkirsch und Vanille. Lange am Gaumen, intensiv und dennoch leicht. Nicht unerhebliche Säure ohne Unterdrückung der Frucht. Ich würde fast sagen: Prachtstück aus Sachsen.

Segundo pinot noir da Alemanha que bebo. Este me agradou bem mais. Leve, ótima estrutura, ótimo aroma e acidez, taninos macios, deixa uma leve adstringência na língua que não incomoda. Fácil de beber.

Meißen kann auch Rotwein. Das ist der Beweis. Kraftvoll, vollmundig, ausgereift, langer Abgang. Nase von roten Früchten. Wie immer ein paar Euro zu teuer.

Iets moois uit het Oosten van Duitsland. Een wijn waar ik heel blij van wordt en bijna on-Duits. Warme kleur met boerse geuren. Fruit zit nog iets verborgen maar wel rozijnen en kruidigheid. Nog fris in de zuren en volop in ontwikkeling. Mooie toekomst voor de boeg. Laat ik hem over een jaar of drie nog eens proberen! 🍷

Декантор не дали, слишком большой поток посетителей. В бокале немного раскрывалось, но все ягоды и фрукты. Ждал подлесок, нет, не было. Вино хоть сбалансировано, но вызывает ощущение хрупкости, нестабильности

Very tasty. Unusual I would say. A bit fruity , but not too much- quite enough to has its own style.

Fresh oak, leather, raisins, wooden box again. Wood dominated too much for my taste. As if they were hiding something from me under the carpet. After some time there appears cherry, ash. Tannins are light, acidity pronounced, but well balanced. A solid wine, coupled with the fascinated story of the restored ownership of the estate, this wine is a great entry to the lesser known German wine region of Saxony.

Am Gaumen ein starker komplexer Körper mit Noten von Schwarzkirsche, Schokolade und Brombeeren aber auch rauchige und ledrige Noten mit mineralischen Anteilen, der Ausklang ist immer noch fruchtig und kräftig

3,8 Punkte (2018) Tief violett versperrt er die Sicht durchs Glas. Ordentliche 14,5% Umdrehungen, die zum Teil noch recht scharf eingebunden sind. Abgang ist wie erwartet etwas länger, bleibt aber doch in der Komplexität etwas zu schroff alkoholisch. Eine Zweite Flasche bleibt erstmal noch ein paar Jahre liegen.

Вот мне все время пишут, а почему указываешь год, там, 2019, а на фото стоит урожай 2009. Ответ всегда в том, что то фото учётки, за кое я ответственность не несу. Но в настоящем случае я действительно добыл вино 2009 года. И какое вино! Это самый великолепный Шпет из Саксонии, собранный с участков гранд Крю, сделанный уважаемым (с т. з. Красных вин) принцем цур Липпе в замке Прошвиц. Более юные, но все ещё зрелые винтажи этого вина всегда показывали высочайший уровень сложности и глубины ⤵️

Pepertje, mooi in balans

Ах, дьявол: когда покупал эту бутылку на eBay, отчего-то выдумал себе, что то категория GG – а тут обычный Шпет, сиречь Gutswein. Спустя 11 с копейками лет вино стало практически прозрачным. Из бутылки шибает туалетный запах сероводорода, хотя уже в бокале можно распознать нечто несколько более благородное. Во вкусе клюква, хорошая кислотность, танины также на месте. Любопытно, конечно, но не более: артефакт времени, пример живучести сорта.

Ein schöner leichter Wein, rubinrote Farbe im Glas und schönes Beerenaroma. Angenehm trocken.

Aromas of raspberry, cinnamon, vanilla, cedar wood, tobacco. Strongest notes for me were prune, plum and mocha. Also quite peppery. Some light herbs like basil. The wine had nice acidity but the flavors came out a bit thin. Perhaps could have been brought out more in the aging process. Quite enjoyable nonetheless

Kraftwerk....wunderwerk, spell balance and power.....cause it's all about that in this glass.....14.5 alcohol...but it's nicely integrated in the classic burgundy fruit....to find a nice sharp structure glass at this price is quite amazing.....(hallelujah).

Needs a couple if minutes to open up. Good example of German Pinot noir.

Сувенир из немецкого ДФ за скромную услугу для знакомой немецкой собаки. Из научного любопытства, вслепую из пакета. Надо было довериться первой версии: Шпет и 15, но, переиграл в пользу Цвайгельта, 16. Ибо, танинов не было совсем, только смородиновый компот. Клубничка, подкопчёная кожа, ванилька и лёгкая танинность появились заметно позже. Градусы завысил, 13.5 против 12.5, хотя алко не выражен. Нежно, питко. 3.5

Самая старая и крупная винодельня в Саксонии. Почвы — красный гранит. Жженая карамель, ваниль, брусника, тмин, маринованная капуста, миндаль, малина, мята, копчёности. Не очень ягодное, скорее травянистое и специевое во вкусе. Добротно, но чуть попсово и ощущается переоцененным.

👃 Добротное вино с мягким молочным ароматом молодого сыра, постепенными ягодами клюквы, свежим малиновым соком, лёгким терном. 👅 Мягкое, питкое, чуть граната, кислой вишни и клюквы в М+ послевкусии. Танины вежливо обозначают своё присутствие. Не хватает выразительности, глубины. Поэтому 3,7-3,8.

This wine was very tasty, with some nice vanilla notes on the pallet. Very different from a rd burgundy as this wine drank very easy.

Un boisé très agréable en bouche. Les tanins sont délicat mais présent. Bien équilibré par rapport au reste. Cependant je trouve ce rouge beaucoup trop rond. Il manque une certaine acidité pour contrebalancer le tout.

VDP.WeinTage Berlin 2019 Hinter dem restlichen Feld bei der Veranstaltung. Bringt tiefe violette Farbe ins Glas; zumindest die farbliche Intensität überrascht für einen Spätburgunder. Am Gaumen allerdings (noch) zu ruppig. Viel viel hartes Tannin, ein bisschen Salz und fast gar keine Frucht. Eher auf der kräuterigen Seite.

Clay loess on granite. Dr. Georg Prinz zur Lippe bought the vineyards back in 1990. His family had been expropriated and expelled in 1945 without compensation. Ripe and full nose with black cherry fruit and toast of wood. A bit of wood smoke or campfire on the nose. Ripe, salty, and smoky on the palate. A good Pinot. **++
