まず注いだ瞬間の色がいい。ときめくようなガーネット。 シラーズなんだけど、エレガントな香り。青いベリーの味とシラーズなのに上品な酸。 新世界のシラーズらしからぬ品を感じるとても美味しかった一本。ビーフシチューと相性良すぎた！！

Great Wine. 🤩🤩 Musk Red, lovely legs on the glass. Rasberry, almonds, wild berries, marzipan, oak and wild herbs. Med to full wine, lovely smooth finish.

Def needs time to open up. Dry light and tannins, not as sharp with time out of the bottle. Fruity and medium finish with strong oak notes. Little vanilla, then dark red fruit and plum

Beautiful dark red and purple rim colour. Tempting aromas of dark fruit, oak and tobacco. The flavours are full, silky, well balanced. Treating your senses with plum, blackberry, cigar box, oak and slight lingering white pepper.

This unwooded Pinotage offers an explosion of dark fruit aromas on the nose consisting of Blackcurrants, Blueberries and Dark cherries. The structure is elegant and shows class. A true ode to the iconic Pinotage variety which expresses the quality of the Aaldering terroir.

Hard to fault this wine, even if it was twice the price. Not as big and fruity as the barossa shiraz, but the balance and weight is just right. Fine tannins, some cherry and vanilla in there too. Glad I got 3 bottles, wish I had more.

Erg mooie volle (en toch niet superzware) wijn. Weinig tannines. Goede begeleider van rundvlees maar ook na ‘t diner goed door te drinken.

Top wijn. Wel op kamertemperatuur drinken, dan komen de smaken meer tot z'n recht. Zit wel droesem onder in de fles. Fles vtv openmaken!

Väldigt mörk färg. Doft och smak med solmogna mörka bär och fikon. Mycket ekfat men inte påträngande. Väldigt kraftfullt och mycket gott vin

Vol van smaak, rond in het glas. In de neus chocolade, vanille en wat aards(hout) Smaak, kers bessen en een zachte volle afdronk. Prima, kwalitatieve hoogstaande wijn.

Grape, plum, leather nose. Smooth mouthful of fresh grapes and cassis. Light tannin and medium dryness with a big long fruity finish. Really good!

Excellent red wine from Stellenbosch in South Africa. Not the first time I have tried this Pinotage wine and again the high level of this wine I can really appreciate. Full bodied red wine with a soft and gentle character. Smooth and elegant tannins. Aromas of black fruit and oak. Flavors of blackberry, blackcurrant, chocolate and tobacco.

2016 vintage. Never say is too early. Plumy round and whoa it's really beyond my expectations! I taste a bit chocolate, oaky and medium finishing. I'm impressed and probably a 4.2 for me.

A perfect Shiraz. Round not so spicy, almost like pinotage with berry like nose, sweet note. Still with some fresh tannins, indicating a few more years would make this even better. Serving temperature maybe the key, it is best served at 17 to 18 °.

Very good South African Shiraz from Aaldering. Deep ruby red colour and after some air an expressive nose with blackberry, raspberry, cedar, leather and some chocolate. Medium+ body with medium acidity and surprisingly soft tannins, nicely playing with the fruit, leading to a pleasant medium+ finish.

Very good, definitely better than previous one. A dark fruit, tobacco and vanilla. Low acidity. Medium tannins.

oak red fruit cherry it has a velvet smokey feel. Usually I am nota fan of unwooded Pinotage but this wine makes up with its elegance. This will pair well with a bacon ice cream.

鮮やかで濃いパープルレッド。フレッシュな香りと凝縮された果実味は今まででNo.1かも。ダークチェリーの黒系だけでなく、ラズベリーの赤系、そしてグレープフルーツのような清涼感のある柑橘っぽさも感じる。樽不使用ということで樽香は全くなく、さらにアルコール感もほとんどない。むしろ100%ジュース的な飲みやすさ。樽香や熟成感を求めるなら物足りないけど、果実のパワフルさと貴賓あるテイストを楽むことができる、飲みごたえ十分の南アフリカワインでした。楽天スーパーセールで税込4950円が半額の2475円。

Very good Pinotage.

力強い黒系果実、土、皮革、白胡椒。 タンニンは多いがよく熟していて滑らか。 素晴らしい品質。

見た目は深く赤みの強いボルドールージュ。 香りは甘やかな樽のバニラ香、ジューシーな黒系ベリーが乳酸のニュアンスにより段差なく手を取り合っているような雰囲気。マロラクティックのまろやかで柔らかいバター香。シラーズのワイルドさは全くなく、味わいにおいても個人的なシラーズのイメージを裏切る物腰の柔らかさ。アメリカの安旨カベルネのような派手さと分かりやすい美味しさに感じる。2日目は落ち着いた顔つきになり、シラーズのアーシーさやスパイシーなニュアンスがちらり。

A different style of Pinotage. Unoaked and very fresh with even flowery notes on the nose. Blueberries, dark cherry and dark fruit. Smooth.

The 2016 is more robust but this one with slight earthy tones, a bit plum, more cherry and slight herbal tones, so the 2018 is more Sophisticated

Interesting Pinotage (like a pinot noir on steroids) with notes of plum, cherry, balsamic and iron like minerals. Mid + body and light tannins.

Ruby red. Blackberries and black cherries in nose. On palate very pleasant, smooth and balanced. Black Forrest fruits lasting till long finish. Elegant and alive.

3.8 A fascinating unoaked version of Pinotage - with a feminine touch as it says on the label - the animal notes are there but delicately behind the fruit, only to reemerge in force some 20 minutes after opening. Keeps changing in the glass.

2018 Pinotage with a deep ruby reflection. Burned rubber, ripe black fruit, black pepper, lovage, forest floor. Dry but with a sweetness from its fruit, med tannic structure, acidity & flavor intensity, full bodied and a lot of black pepper mid palate and in the long finish, very nice 🍷

I like good Pinotage and I love very good Pinotage. Bottle Lady M belongs to later category, it comes from Aaldering winery, from Stellenbosch, South Africa. Somehow all red wines coming from South Africa have very unique and distinctive touch, irrespective of grape variety, it must be something with so much sun and very specific soil. Apparently this is vintage 2016 but I would have never guessed, because wine seems much more mature and aged.

Good pinotage, rich of flavors. Little sour in the after taste, but we think it's round. Nice full body wine, typical Pinotage 👍🏻👃🏻

Abundant fruit on the nose, lovely berry flavours in mouth, long soft aftertaste, light wine, goes well with pork belly. I do not detect any of the nasty pinotage flavours here. I am not a pinotage fan, but this is one that is changing my mind.

アルダリンのワインはどれも好評です。こちらのシラーズも例に漏れず、シラーズらしい濃厚さを持ちながらも、一般的なシラーズに比べて少しライト。 華やかな香りと濃縮された果実味が最高！

Blood purple red. Ripe plums, spice aromas. Hints of treated leather, cloves and oak on the nose. Big bodied entry with ripe tannins. Dark fruit flavours, black cherries. Persistent and lingering aftertaste.

Blind from @Felix R A #5 Crimson red colored, fully clear. The nose gives immediate right bank vibes; cloves, dark fruit, plum, vanilla, bark. Serious wine. Med/med+ acidity, med+ fine grainy and ripe tannins. Mild spicy, lovely bittery punch, fruity and savory tones. Balanced. Spices in the med+ finale. This is Bdx. Right bank; Pomerol or St Emilion, 5-7 yrs old. 16 pts. Haha, how I was wrong. SA Syrah!

ブルーベリー、カシス、ブラックベリー、プルーン、バニラ、クリーム、クローズ、土の香り。かなり濃厚でべったりとしたアタック、酸もタンニンもしっかりある。何かを挟まないと口の中がずっと収斂してる。でもこの酸とタンニンはとても好印象。葡萄のポテンシャルは高いし、飲みごたえもすごくある。少し飲み疲れるかな。仕事終わりの癒しにはならないかなってワイン。とにかく濃くてギラギラしてうまいのが飲みたいって時は最高にいいと思う。

見た目は鮮やかで深いレッドパープル。 香りは樽熟成していなくともアーシーなニュアンスがあり、土や煙、わずかな革、スパイシー感。そしてブラックベリー、チェリー、プラム、チョコレートのアロマも。 味わいは樽熟成のピノタージュに比べてはっきりと甘みが強く感じる。ブルーベリーやカシスといった果実味に富んだジューシーなベリーフレーバーと爽やかな酸味で飲みやすさ抜群。タンニンも軽快なミディアムボディ。2日目はわずかにえんぴつの芯のようなアーシーさが現れ、初日よりも辛口な印象を受ける。後味はアルコールの嫌味がちらつくのが惜しい。

A completely unwooded Pinotage - which is a new one for me. Fruity and juicy for a red. The nose really reminds me of Grapetizer 😅 but in a good way. Red fruit, cherry and some earthy notes of the palate.

香りが鋭く芳醇。ブルーベリー、カシス、ブラックベリーにハーブの香り。スパイシーで青々しさが少し気になるが、酸がしっかりしてて品種自体の素直な特性も感じられる。樽がないので味わいの分解がしやすい。それこそ極端なこと言うとピノタージュの交配品種のピノとサンソーまで分解して品種を味わえる感じ。余韻も長いしエレガントだし濃いけどそんなに飲み飽きないのがいい。美味しいと思います。

Faktiskt så gör sig vinet lite bättre om det är lite kallare. Bärigt lätt med silkeslena tanniner. En liten kärvhet i eftersmaken som lurar sinnet lite grand.

Soepele heldere donkerrode wijn. Redelijk stevig, maar mild op de taninnes. Veel tonen van donker fruit, licht tabak en een vleugje hout. Stevig geprijsd, maar al met al een mooie wijn.

2018年を2022/7/10に 開けたてからオーク、バニラ、ブラックベリー、プラムの香り。獣臭やコショウなどのシラー特有の香りはあまり感じられない。表現できないが複雑な香りがありよい 中程度からやや控えめな滑らかなタンニンと、中程度の酸味。同じアルダリンのピノタージュと同じく素直に飲みやすいワイン 2,700円ならまたまずまず

プラム 煙 オーク チェリー 濃ゆいルビー色。燻した梅のような香り。シラーズらしい鉄や血の感じは薄く、チェリーの明るい酸味を感じる。 少し時間を置くと、バニラの甘みも生まれる。 お食事と合わせたいワインでした🍷

濃厚だが上品 くどい甘さは無い

ピノタージュ欲しさにアルダリンをまとめて7種類セットで購入しましたが、今回はシラーズ。 南アフリカでもシラーズって言うんですね。しっかりとした黒系果実味と酸味、それに舌奥でピリッと感じるタンニン。 ドライフラワーの様なニュアンスでスパイス感が来ましたか、と。 ほんのり甘みはあるものの、確かにオーストラリア系というよりはフランス産のシラーを思わせる印象です。 美味しく頂きました。

Ontzettend lekkere wijn. Heeft tijd nodig in het glas/de fles, maar ontwikkelt zich als cool climate syrah ipv typische warme shiraz. Bramen, cassis, bosgrond, specerijen, duidelijke lik van 20mnd eikenhout. Med- zuren, med+ afdronk, geen kurkdroge tannine oid.

南アフリカのアルダリンがステレンボッシュで造るピノタージュ「Lady M」。 樽不使用のピノタージュという事ですが、初めて頂きます。 外観は少し透明感のあるガーネットで、香りはブルーベリーを含む黒系の果実香が豊かに立ち上ります。ピノタージュらしい感じですが、ハーブの様なスパイシーさははあまり感じられませんでした。 他のピノタージュに比べて明らかに酸味が前面に出ていて、元々の果実味に寄り添うチャーミングなスタイルです。 タンニンは控えめで、飲み飽きずグラスが進んでしまう感じでした。 メンチカツや、湯葉豆腐などを含む和スタイルの食事にも合ってました。 因みに、翌日に持ち越した味わいは、かなりまろやかで酸味が落ち着いていて驚きました。 アルダリンの他のピノタージュもセットで購入したので楽しみです。

Doy la misma calificación que aparece en la aplicación para no afectarla. Creo que es la 2da o 3era vez que pruebo vinos de esta uva... y no me lo disfruto. Salud amigos.

ワインフェスにて。 樽やや強い、アーバンなニュアンス。

2019年ヴィンテージ。 アルコール度数14%。 南アフリカ、ステレンボッシュのピノタージュ。 ほぼ、初見に等しい品種。 たまたま、樽不使用のものを見つけ、これなら品種特徴を掴みやすいかと思い購入。 第一印象はドライフルーツバスケットのような、凝縮したフルーツの香り。 ジンファンデルかと言われたら、ああ、そうですかと思ってしまいそう。 カーネロスのピノ・ノワールっぽくもある。 ゴボウや炒めた玉ねぎの香り。 ピノタージュの特徴香と言われる、 焼けたタイヤの香りも、探し始めると出てきてしまう。 ピノタージュはピノノワールとサンソーの交配種。 どこか軽やかなのはピノノワールからきているのか？ と思いましたが、 ピノノワールは余韻が長い。 それに比べると、余韻は遥かに短い。 ピノ・ノワールに及ばないからか、樽を使っていないからか、分からない。 色も香りも味も濃い。 けど シュッと軽やか。 メンドゥーサのマルベックに近い印象。 そこに寄せて行くのが似合っている品種かも知れない。 【合わせたい料理】 北京ダック ジビエ系のソーセージ ピーマンの肉詰

Pinotage, you have to like it. Chocolate, black fruits, big tanines. Not bad , have some good cheese with it.

Op zich een prima deftige shiraz van Aaldering. Maar dat is het dan ook. Is daarbij alles behalve spannend (eerder saai) en verrassend! En voor dat geld echt geen 4.0

香りはダークチェリーの黒系果実、モカやコーヒー、なめし革、スモーキー、ややスパイス。味わいの重心は低く、豊かでリッチな果実味に、焙煎したコーヒーのような深み。タンニンは滑らか、酸は中程度、アルコールの迫力は強め。樽なしでこの深みはすごい。ピノ・タージュの独特な味わいが存分に楽しめる。 アルコール14.0% 4,000円（税込4,440円） セラー専科（楽天）

3.4-3.5 アルダリン。 個人的には南アの赤でも最高クラスに美味しく感じた。 黒果実の強い香り、樽の香りは強くなく程よい。 酸味は綺麗で、豊かな果実味を引き出す。タンニンも強過ぎず非常にバランスが取れている。余韻も長く飲んでいて飽きない。 サティスナブ農法。

自分メモ。2024/09/09自宅。アルダリン レディーM 2022。カーヴ　ド　ナオタカ、6本16000円で購入。樽無しのピュアなピノタージュの味わい。ブラックカラント、ブルーベリー、ダークチェリー。

Blackberry, perfumey nose. Some licorice on the palate. Super super chalky. Typical example of a lover met too early. Gonna stick her away in the cellar for a bit and see how she fares in a few years.

Second wine of last night. Slightly chilled it presented very a dark purple glass of wine with aromas of ripe fruits, milk and cinnamon. Full bodied quite strong tannins but also very creamy. Next to the ripe fruits also some herbal tones but it missed some complexity

3.6. Узнаваемый пинотаж. Жженые покрышки доминируют, но и ягодность на уровне.

Excellent suggestion from my wine shop as requested pairing with a salty and a sweeter blue cheese; a non wooded Pinotage. This one made on request of the lady of the Aaldering estate, who is more into wood generally. A fresh nose, ripe dark fruits, cherries and raspberries. The 14,5% abv well integrated; an elegant fruity wine, med acidity and tannins. Spicy, tingling fresh. Med finish. Paired very well with the sweet spicy blue cheese, slightly less with the salty one. 14 pts @ Wijnhandel Fra

重味があって奥深い⁉️ タンニンかなりも有り ハマって来そうなワインでした。

甘いというより果実味のある味。少しの酸味と香り？なんの味だろうこれ。

match for you47% 外観はボルドーよりやや明るくダークガーネット。赤紫が強く底は透けずエッジは僅かにレンガ色を含んだ小豆色からの赤紫・臙脂色というのかな。 粘性は中庸から高めで、細かい間隔で落ちるほのかに赤紫色を帯びた透明な涙。 第一ノートは甘く過熟なブラックベリーやカシスに樽香なバニラ。ブルーベリー・ソフトな革・強いアルコール感・菫・レーズン・黒土・キノコ・枯葉・煙草・チョコレート・ブラックペッパー・インク・アスファルト・接着剤？・ドライ無花果・アーモンド・ドライマンゴーやドライピーチ・煮詰めたクランベリーや柘榴・ミルキーさ。 口に含むと酸が高くタンニンも豊かだが重いというよりは軽やか。口当たり軽いアタックから、ブラッドオレンジ・カシス・ダークチェリー・クランベリー・マルベリーな香りよりもライトな果実味。飲み込んだ後のタンニンの広がり方が強く、細やかでもピンとした緊張感。スパイシーさと後から復活してくる甘やかな果実味とスッキリした梅っぽい酸が後半活躍する。仄かな苦味もアタックから寄り添い、アフターまで顔を出す。革感あるやや難しい顔した余韻の複雑さだがダンディ。

中程度のルビー色、周縁は紫が残ってて若い印象 香りは中程度、黒系果実、フレッシュ、緑、土、MLF。 酸も中程度、口に入れた瞬間ははフワッとベリー系の香りが広がるが長続きせず、締まりが悪くぼんやりとした印象になっている 樽なしのピノタージュだが、カベルネやシラーとピノの中間くらいなどっちつかずのスタンダードな印象

ステレンボッシュのピノタージュ ダークチェリー、ほのかに生肉感じる 樽なしなので葡萄本来のテイスト 酸味程よいタンニンも程よい果実味も良い 樽熟のも試したい
