フレーバー: ブラックベリー 赤色系の果実 ワインペアリングで頂いた唯一のオーストリアの赤。オーストリアのワインはやや地産地消型のためあまり日本ではお目にかかれないワインの為、希少価値もあって美味しく感じる。酔っ払いの記憶の中に微かに残る印象はドイツのAhr産の赤に似た味わい。濃い赤色系果実の酸と甘みに、軽めのタンニン。タンニンもそこまで強くないので食材とぶつからず、汎用性も高いと思います。こちらもワインペアリングの為、正確なコストがわからず、既存のスコアと同じレーティングでお許しを…
