【DB (ディービー)・スパークリング・ブリュット/デ・ボルトリ】 造り手は、1928年から歴史のある“英国王室御用達ワイナリー”としても有名であり、数々の受賞歴を誇る家族経営の老舗ワイナリー。オーストラリアのリヴェリナ地区で収穫されたシャルドネ80％にピノ・ノワール20％で造られる、溌剌とした泡の広がりとシャープな切れ味が印象的。とてもコスパの良いスパークリングワインだと感じました。和食と合わせてもGOOD！
